They were friendly, got my wife's prescription ready quickly, and let me buy a few items i picked up in store so I wouldn't have to get in line again.

If you have to wear a mask that makes it difficult for people to hear what you say, you shouldn't be working the customer service counter. I have no hearing impairment. Can't imagine how it would have been if I did.

I will no longer be using this pharmacy I'm tired of getting ripped off because they're the only pharmacy in the area that doesn't know how to properly run my insurance card. I don't have a problem with Walgreens or CVS using my insurance card but every time I go to H-E-B I have trouble.

I haven't had any issues so far and I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years. They are usually quick and don't give me any hassles over anything.

Called in a refill. 4 days later I go to the pharmacy. Not ready. Come back 3 days later, not ready. Why? "We don't know we'll get it ready while you shop. It's a pre filled bottle of pills. How much work does that require? Thank god, only one more refill. Will tell doctor to call in new prescription to Costco.

The pharmacist at this location might be the most incompetent and rude person I’ve ever spoken with. Top 5 for sure, I called after my doctor wrote an early fill exception on my prescription which is required to fill a script early. He refused to fill it, even after I repeatedly requested he read to me the way the script was written to which he also refused to do stating “he didn’t have to read it to me”, would have been so Incredibly simple to do, if a doctor with a PHD and a patient privately speak and through extenuating circumstances which are truly none of your business, he then refused to honor the doctors orders which are in full compliance with both state, FDA and DEA regulations, as well as HEB’s filling policies. James seems to think he, in all of his incredibly limited wisdom knows better than my doctor. No Information pertaining to the exception made or why, nor did he even bother to inquire. James, this one’s for you buddy. If a doctor wrote an exception, and the exception falls into the framework of what’s legal and within company policy honor the exception, or land in hot water like this. You have no idea the circumstance’s leading to this. You’re self righteous attitude and indignation just led to a formal licensing complaint against you, as well as with HEB’s corporate office. And single handedly took a customer who’s literally been with HEB for years, had him pull every single prescription and send it to your competitors. Why? Because you think you have the right to do whatever you want? Thanks for wasting everyone’s time instead of just doing your job. I fully plan on litigating this matter. Enjoy the civil suit.
