They suck. Delivered the wrong chair we report it it immediately. They don’t call us for 2 days. They say keep it -that not what I ordered. And they still won’t make it right. Two weeks later. Still waiting. Now say it’s outside the window to return it. I’ve been to the stores 3x now . Don’t go to the Schertz Living spaces

First going in was greeted & she said they don't work on commission, prices not high. They have a playroom for kids for 2hrs also have a drink/food lounge. The place we'll clean. Went to look at new sofa & recliner & bought one ( pic on here). Oh soda & coffee free but if you buy stuff they credit your food/drink so get free. Will be going back in the future...

Very profesional sales staff, the process was smooth with no pressure. I also loved the food bar the pizza, chicken tenders and Blue Moon beer were great.

I bought a carpet in the store and never received it in the mail or hear from anyone for over a month.When I went back to the store to ask they gave me a third party number to call instead of them finding out the issue with the delivery.

A fabulous place to bring the kids while shopping. The kids has a play park, adults can grab some wine or hot drinks while shopping for the right furniture. If you leave empty handed, then you really didn't shop. The place is huge. The staff are friendly and don't rush you while shopping. They want you Happy!

Great furniture store, with a small bar and an AMAZING indoor playground area for the kids. Makes it so much easier to shop, have a coffee or beer, then figure out which sofa or bed you want.

The after-sales service has been extremely poor. We ordered a rug, and the store told us it would be delivered within 5–7 days. However, after waiting almost 10 days, we still had not received the item. We went back to Living Spaces, and the staff told us to contact UPS instead.
We waited another week, hoping the item would arrive, but it still didn’t. We contacted UPS, but they were unable to check anything because the tracking number provided was invalid. It was the wrong tracking number issued by Living Spaces.
We then went back to Living Spaces again to ask them to check where the item actually is, since they are the ones who gave us the incorrect tracking number. But once again, they pushed the responsibility back to us and told us to contact UPS. They only gave us the manager’s phone number instead of helping.
We also asked for a refund, but Living Spaces said it was not possible—we must receive the product first and then request a refund. How are we supposed to do that when we’ve already waited more than 20 days and still haven’t received anything? They made us chase and investigate everything by ourselves, taking no responsibility and offering no real assistance at all.
