It is a big box home improvement store with a lot of stuff. Customers report a great experience and note that employees are very nice, helpful, and funny. Assistance includes helping to find things, figure out how things go, find parts, and load up cars. Employees are acknowledged for going over and beyond, providing good customer service that is highly recommended.
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Mike – Lumber Supervisor. I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Always come here to shop . The employee LARRY O at the plumbing section . He is Very nice and helpful to help me to figure out how things goes and find the parts to fit on . Very appreciate. Highly recommend.

I live in new Braunfels very close to the Lowe's there but would rather drive to this one to do my shopping.
