I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Mike – Lumber Supervisor. I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. He turned a frustrating experience (picking out wood for a toy box) into a seamless and positive interaction. I would recommend this location to anyone store 2824.

They are in desperate need of help in the curbside pick up desk. The, “I’m new” girl didn’t even look for my items. I had to come back to the store for a missed item. And I had watched as she “looked” for another customer’s order gave up and another associate located it within seconds. And then pointed at the label on the box. Was really weird. Lazy and just ridiculous.

Always come here to shop . The employee LARRY O at the plumbing section . He is Very nice and helpful to help me to figure out how things goes and find the parts to fit on . Very appreciate. Highly recommend.

Great experience. There was an older gentleman who was a Veteran named Jerome who helped me and anyone who walked by! Offered to load up cars, help you find things and was just really funny and awesome to talk to! They don’t make em like him anymore! Please give that man a raise! Thank you Jerome!

We went to Lowe’s for red mulch to complete our huge backyard. Assistant Manager Katie went over and beyond to help us with our multiple purchases. We ended up putting down 175 bags and it looks beautiful. Thank you kindly from both of us Katie! God Bless!

What a big disappointment I’ve been waiting for vinyl for the last two weeks and when it finally comes in, Josh doesn’t want to cut it doesn’t want to put it on the shelf starts slamming stuff on the on his desk because he has to come cut vinyl. My company spends a lot of money every month for a snot nose kid to have attitude. We would’ve spent at least $1000 that day, but since Josh had his little attitude, I decided to come to the other Lowes will probably go ahead and get rid of our card and start going to Home Depot….i just called the the number to get more into detail what happened the lady says all reviews are computer answered so nobody really looks at these reviews smh what a joke
