Garrett in plumbing was very helpful. I was a little shy about what I needed since I was overwhelmed, but his service excellence, patience and guidance was truly superb! Lowe’s is lucky to have this gentleman with them, he is honestly the most helpful and nice person I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to at this location. Great service, Garrett. Thanks again !!!

Self checkout only option unless you go to the garden center. Went mid-afternoon and took way to long for “Assistant” to code needed item. Will pick up curbside from now on.

Just walked out of the store , had a basket full of items , left it in the aisle . I need a key cut and No-one to help . I asked these two guys if someone can help . They informed me that they were from lumber department and pointed to the individual for me to approach. Not even a " hey let me get em ... so I stood by the individual, who was too busy in a conversation with someone who appeared to know. I stood there for a few minutes and waited. He even glanced my way along with the individual who he was talking to and nothing. So I walked out as angry as can be and informed the cashier what happened and informed her that I will be taking my business to home depot. Lost a customer for life.... booo !!!

This is my neighborhood store but it has the worst customer service. I went there to purchase a washer and when I FOUND the model I wanted I asked for assistance (2 people at the counter). Mr. Selce responded as if I was bothering him, not coming to me but speaking across the isle to ask what I need. Is this where this woke world is coming to where customers have to seek out assistance for high cost items without sales staff to explain if the product is what's best for the customer? He (Selce) does not need to work with customers, horrible attitude.

Summary-Had a hard time with the delivery of a washer and refridgerator, and one got minor cosmetic damage on install. Whole story: ordered a washer and dryer on 4 July scheduled delivery on the 10th. Got a call on the 10th and was told they would arrive in a couple of hours, 8 hours later, without any calls or emails. It turns out they canceled the delivery. They stated I wasn't home, didn't answer my phone, and left me 2 voice mails. (I was home, didn't have any missed calls, or voicemails), said they could redilver in 3 days, I didn't have a better option, so I took a day off and accepted. This time, I confirmed all delivery details. On the 13th, I only got the fridge since they were out of washers. While installing, they rushed in, installed everything , scartched the side of the fridge without saying anything, and then left as fast as they came. Then, I had to wait for 2 hours and 6 mins on hold to convince customer service to deliver the washer. They spent 30 minutes trying to convince me it was already delivered. They then said they would deliver it by friday the 14th. I took another day off, and the delivery was never made. Another 4 hours on hold later (they don't have a call back feature) they said the washer was already delivered with my fridge, had to convince them again and since the weekend was already booked in advance I got the washer on the 17th. The people that delivered the washer were very nice and professional and did not seem to be in a rush they clearly had pride in their work and wanted to be respectful to me and my property.

The girl's in the garden section are the best. Great customer service. Melissa is one of the friendliest cashier always smiling and always willing to help. Theresa is one of the most knowledgeable people I have met. She knows her plants. I am learning everything I can. Thank u girl's. If I owned a business I would love to have them on my team. Keep up the great job. This is the old guy who loves plants and people who love to help others like me.

All I can say is some of the Reps here are in desperate need of Training Trainig and then some more Training!! I ordered some flooring from them and was told that it would be available to be picked up a few days later. I went in a day before it was suposed to be picked up and was told by a customer svc representative that he couldn't tell me the status of my order and I should call the flooring dept the next day (even though it was supposed to be availble for pickup the next day) I started to leave feeling a bit frustrated that they were not able to confirm my pick up for the next day. As I was leaving a different Rep (Selllby)asked me if I had found everything ok? I told him I was supposed to be picking up my floor delivery the next day..but that a customer svc guy could not confirm where my order was. The Rep (Selllbby) checked the system ..made a call and confirmed that my flooring was there about to be unloaded and that I could continue with my pick up tomorrow. I came back the next day for pick up and a rep told me my flooring would not be available for pick up for another week according to the system it had not arrived. I explained that I had come in the day before and was told it was there...the Rep said he would check..he went off for nearly 20mind came back and said he checked and nope my flooring was not there... because i was insistent on what Selllby had told me the day before another Rep joined in she checked left me just standing around waiting then she came back to say my flooring was not there and infact she could not tell from the system where my flooring was but she could tell that it was definitely coming in next week....a third guy got involved and he too said yep couldnt understand the computer but looked like my flooring was still on its way to the store..Thank Goodness Sellbby was in the store I insisted they call him..he went straight into the warehouse came out 2 mins later and said "yep your flooring is here we will load it onto your truck now"!Just wow! All four Customer svc reps were reading the info on their system wrong. That or they flat out did not want to do their job!
