James was fantastic! He helped us choose between a great selection of mattresses that were in our budget and made sure we were aware of every discount/promotion that was available to us. We got a great mattress that was on sale for Black Friday at a fantastic price delivered with our old mattress hauled away for a fantastic total price! 10/10 would recommend.

Salesman Robert treated us extremely wonderful. He is a Sleep Expert who gave us some education on proper bed fitting for us. We had our 7yr old granddaughters with us and he put on a movie for them to watch allowing us to focus on mattress selection. Never had a better Salesman dedicate that much attention to our needs.

Due to health reasons we needed to replace our current mattress. Our salesperson, David, listened to our needs and directed us to the beds that would most closely fit our need and our budget. He was very attentive and willing to answer all my many, many questions.

I complete most of my shopping online and was nervous to work with a sales associate in person. Dan made me feel very comfortable and I never felt pressured. He encouraged me to try out the mattresses and provided feedback based on the needs I shared. I will definitely return for future purchases.

David at the 8215 agora pkwy location was the epitome of customer service. He was beyond polite, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I truly appreciate that David was not there to only “sell” me a mattress. He listened and catered to the needs and specifics I wanted in a mattress. I had a great experience!!! From the moment my wife and I got into the store at Forum in San Antonio Texas.Robert was a great knowledgeable advisor that truly educated us and helped us make the right purchase and with great prices too! And then, when delivering, there were issues that needed proactive solutions and again Robert made the effort and solved then (the issues).We will purchase again with this company and realy want to praise Robert for his outstanding service.He made the diferencie!
