Alex was a life saver! He helped me to port my mom's number over to T-Mobile. He stayed on the phone with customer service and was transfered 5 times before they got him to the right place. This is the best Metro by T-Mobile that I have been to for customer service. And they have better deals on phones. After getting the run around from a different store and phone customer service, I was relieved to get my problem resolved by (I forgot her name) who could navigate through the system with common sense resolutions. And this was not the first time I had to rely on this location. I think they have saved me from frustrated experiences 3 times. Much respect. It was worth driving a few extra miles.

I was sold a bad Motorola I was suggested to purchase this phone because my phone was broken and it would take too long for insurance but it was a mistake they sold me a bad phone it was a Motorola and I never had this problem before the only reason why 2 stars because the customer service was decent. I checked and called MetroPCS there was no problem on their end other people was complaining that they weren't getting my text messages calls were constantly dropping the phone would freeze now I've only had this phone for one month and I have not dropped it it's in a case and it's not ruined

Went to.Metr9 by T-mobile at their location 904 FM 3009. Got there a few minutes before 10am, which is the hours as posted on the door. By 1009am, they still weren't open. I tried the door a couple of times, but the doors were locked. Definitely need to either stick with the scheduled open time or adjust hours that are convenient to the employees. Very frustrating.

OK, once again I’ve come to the same location and the same guy named Ali shows an attitude and totally makes me not want to deal with MetroPCS in the long run. I’ve noticed that he doesn’t take the same temperament with Hispanics that he does with blacks that I see in here which is really bad because I thought this area was pretty neutral. Guaranteed I won’t be coming to this location anymore especially since they sell fake apple AirPods. I’m sure Ali is the son of the owner so when they say that they pride themselves in fixing something it’s just banter for the people reading

Horrible! Not sure what’s going on with Ali, but maybe customer service isn’t his thing. We all have bad days but the guy is having a bad year. If your having a good day I wouldn’t go here… or at least wait for the older man to show up. He’s actually nice
