My wife received prompt care back in December. However, we’ve received a bill for the full amount. We checked with her insurance and they did not even bill her insurance. Will have to try and get ahold of their biller to get this resolved. For now I will rate 2 stars.

They saw both of our kiddos really quickly and treated them right away. Awesome doctor and staff, everyone was very caring and we are thankful for their care.

Everyone was wonderful. This is our second time there and it is quick, efficient and we feel heard. Both times were for my 2 year old so it's nice to feel like people care when the little ones are sick.

Would not recommend this urgent care. When i go in they can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong. went in on Wednesday (1/31/24) because i wasn’t feeling good, tested me for strep and covid which were both negative and just sent me on my way. spent almost 2 hours in there! they ruled out a flu test since i didn’t have a fever, symptoms worsened so i went to another urgent care in Cibolo today (2/4/24) and turns out I have Flu B!

Checked in @ 10:10am for 10:20am, Feb 2, 2024Was not seen until 12:05.That is unacceptable.Visit lasted 2 minutes!!!!!What is the point of scheduling appointments if I get seen almost 2 hours later???Absolutely disgusted with Schertz Quality urgent care protocol.How difficult to set up clinic with appointments on one side and walk-ins on other side?Unbelievable.If you need urgent care, forget scheduling appointments, it’s useless.
