I have used this location 3 times now and each interaction has been positive. Specially today 1/14/26, Jose went above and beyond to make sure all of the tests I needed were run. My doc input the wrong code for a test and Jose spent a good amount of time outreching to them, getting the correct code and he kept me up-to-date the entire time. I appreciate his dedication to his patients and the time he spent on my care. Thank you, Jose!

Great experience at Quest Diagnostics. The staff provided excellent customer service, answered my questions clearly, and made the process easy. The location is very convenient, and everything was well organized. I was in and out without any issues. Would definitely recommend.

I took my 7 year old grandson for allergy testing. The tech, Jose, was so friendly and patient. He explained everything to him before doing anything. He ensured that he was comfortable. It was a quick process, unlike other places that have to poke you several times. The results came in the next day (on the weekend) and were emailed to me so I didn't have to wait to hear from the doctor. I highly recommend Quest and Jose!

They are completely horrible here. So Unprofessional and Rude. Theres a lot of quest locations, go somewhere else dont go here.

The self-scheduling process was great and super convenient. The woman who drew my blood was very gentle, kind and helpful.

It was easy to sign up online and check-in can be done by mobile phone. They have a waiting room or you can be notified by text when it's your turn. They have friendly staff and I had no bruising afterwards.

It was refreshing to have an 8:00 appointment, be called back on time, have blood drawn by a skilled professional, and be on my way home within about15 minutes.

I’ve gone to this location for a couple of years when needed and always had great service. Today I had the displeasure of being attended to by tech Yamile and she was rude and would not allow me to speak. I chose to stay calm and not respond to her in the same tone because she was about to stick a needle and draw my blood. I didn’t want her to hurt me.
