The women’s bathroom: 2 stalls, one is handicap. One of the messier QT bathrooms I’ve been to so that’s why it’s not 5 stars

Customer service has REALLY tanked lately. Previous managers would greet you by name & actually ask about your day & family. They would show they cared aboutbyou as a person. New assistant managers just push you trough like another number & only worry about how to make money for the store. Will have to try another store for now.

Late night staff 2am 8-30-25, was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Store, outside, and bathrooms were clean. Night crew rocks, deserve a raise. Even the food was and all drink machines were ready to serve. 10/10

The white boy with glasses working at the register today around 6:30 needs to work on his customer service skills. I arrived at the counter & didn’t even get a “anything else for you” He scanned my drink and hit the check out screen without asking if I need something else. I asked for mini gars & got full sized ones which is no big deal but that wouldn’t have happened if he would focus on customers instead of gossiping with a co-worker. When there’s no customers needing to be helped, cool. But when there is a customer standing right in front of you, to keep the conversation going without even engaging with the customer is so unprofessional.

This was my regular gas station until I was charged $0.42 for the smallest size cup of ice, out of principle I wont be coming back lmao

They are misleading with the gas prices that are posted on google maps. 2.30 on google maps 2.64 at the pump.

I love Qt .. the only problem with this location and I've givin them 3 chance ever time I order food it's not great. The wraps are hard and when u order a bacon wrap it's always cold and if they cook the bacon fresh it should be hot. .need more food preparation training. Come in qt get it right
