ATM's are ALWAYS broken. To the point where they have the signs set out next to it for when it happens. No tap function on ATM and it somehow still reads the magnetic strip on your card. So if you remotely have a tiny scratch on that part of your card you have to go inside or through the drivethru. Super convenient. I would have thought that a bank this close to the main branch wouldn't have these issues but it's constant.

I could not have asked for a worse comedy of errors. My boss wrote me a check from his RBFCU account from a brand new checkbook they sent him a couple weeks ago, to my personal RBFCU account. The check was returned and the funds were withdrawn. I dumped my savings in to my account to cover the difference and called RBFCU. They said the check was on hold for 7 business days because I used mobile deposit. Dumb, but at least I have savings. I woke up on Tuesday morning, overdrafted again, by the same check amount. I called the bank and they said the account the check came from was frozen, and they were going to adjust my account balance at some point, they just hadn’t gotten around to it yet, even though it was the day before a holiday. The manager acted like this was perfectly fine and not a problem. Then my boss called and told me that RBFCU had sent him checkbooks from his old account number that had been closed 7 months ago due to fraud. This used to be a great credit union a long time ago, but times have changed. Bank with RBFCU if you want to be treated like a Bank of America customer in 2013.
Oh, and the app goes down for hours at least once a month.

This is the most pathetic banking institution around... RBFCU's quality seems to degrade further and further every year. I just spent well over an hour on the phone (most of that on hold) just to verify that I am in fact using my own debit card, after I had already responded to the fraud alert text message confirming it was me.With that said, after standing at the cash register for an hour on the phone with RBFCU trying to gain access to my own money I finally got them to unlock my debit card... Well lucky me, the nightmare had only just begun.After jumping off the phone and going to use the card it didn't work, so I opened my RBFCU app up and found that the bank had now locked me out of my own online login! What's even more fun is that when I went to reset the account, it told me that my own username, banking info, and social security number were wrong. So here I am on the phone approaching hour number two, reliving the nightmare I thought I had just escaped.I cannot wait to start banking with literally anyone else, I hate RBFCU.Edit: Here we are two weeks later and the website is blocking me from transferring my own money from my checking to my savings. So I get to call customer service once again, I hate RBFCU.
