This is the most pathetic banking institution around... RBFCU's quality seems to degrade further and further every year. I just spent well over an hour on the phone (most of that on hold) just to verify that I am in fact using my own debit card, after I had already responded to the fraud alert text message confirming it was me.With that said, after standing at the cash register for an hour on the phone with RBFCU trying to gain access to my own money I finally got them to unlock my debit card... Well lucky me, the nightmare had only just begun.After jumping off the phone and going to use the card it didn't work, so I opened my RBFCU app up and found that the bank had now locked me out of my own online login! What's even more fun is that when I went to reset the account, it told me that my own username, banking info, and social security number were wrong. So here I am on the phone approaching hour number two, reliving the nightmare I thought I had just escaped.I cannot wait to start banking with literally anyone else, I hate RBFCU.Edit: Here we are two weeks later and the website is blocking me from transferring my own money from my checking to my savings. So I get to call customer service once again, I hate RBFCU.

I understand the need to protect RBFCU members from FRAUD. But to block ALL my access other than the bank teller or the ATM, makes me vulnerable from someone who has my account information. They could drain my account and I would have to file a complaint. Meanwhile, while I wait the 10 to 30 days to get my money back, all my bills will be late. On top of all that the Fraud Dept voice mailbox is full. So, I can't even leave a message to be called back! Get your managers of the Fraud Dept. to clear the voice mail.

First of all the app for this bank is extremely out dated and not very user friendly. The customer service takes forever to pick up the phone. The clerks are not very helpful and extremely rude. Not to mention they don’t return your overdraft fees. I’ve been with RBFCU for over 8 years but they’re poor customer service and their unwillingness to be empathetic is the reason I cut ties with this bank. If you can’t accommodate me you can’t manage my money. Not to mention the employees we had to deal with trying to get a home loan were beyond rude and did not want to give us the time of day. Would give 0 stars If I could. Do better

I was really upset and distressed over an issue on my account. After the csr failed to resolve my issue, I went into the bank and spoke with one of tellers. She went out of her way along with a manager, to ensure their was no suspicious issues on my account and they created a new acct for me. I value the service I received and will never forget it.

the managers rude the lines are long and the atms are guaranteed to be down. they will blame everyone except themselves.

RFCU switched credit car procressing...worst service I have ever seen. DO NOT TAKE A CREDIT CARD OUT FROM THIS BANK!!!!!!

the atms are always down and it's been like that forever, bank manager is rude if you go inside and explain your frustration about years of down atms. service is slow and lines inside are long. avoid using this bank, I'm going to velocity or university.

First of all the app for this bank is something out of 2000s and not very user friendly. The customer service takes 45 minutes to pick up the phone. There’s always a line at the bank and the clerks are not very helpful. Not to mention they don’t return your overdraft fees. I’ve been with RBFCU for over three years but they’re poor customer service and their unwillingness to be empathetic is the reason I will be cutting ties with this bank. If you can’t accommodate me you can’t manage my money.

They want a ridiculous amount of personal information and dated pay stubs to request an increase in credit. My other 6 credit card banks did not require any of the information they are trying to collect from me.
