It’s no shade but this is the least friendliest Sally's I have ever been to.
The two ladies working there (as of now, late May 2025) aren't rude, just unhelpful. Not sure if they are scared of helping black people not feeling educated enough to help but when I went in they
1. Never asked me if I need help. Mind you I was the only customer in the store. And rushing on my lunch break so I could have used the help.
2. I had to be the one to engage with them after being tired of looking around myself (which they saw).
3. When I did ask for help they did give me an educated answer as far as product. But when I told them my specific hair needs they just looked at me and nodded. No follow through no “of course well I recommend bla bla” which is what every Sallys Ive ever been to 30 years of my life has done.
For example, you ask “do yall have a protein conditioner?”
Clerk says “yes we have the bla bla bla brand.
Then you say “great ive been having a hard time finding one for my hair texture not sure what to use.”
And they both just look at you and nod waiting for you to walk away so they can go back to talking amongst themselves.
I rarely leave reviews but that didnt sit right with me. I recommend everyone, ESPECIALLY those of color go to Wall to Wall Beauty Store instead. It’s further down the street in the subdivision near the Starbucks, KFC, Shipleys Donuts. And that lady, the owner omg. She has came out after closing to my car to allow me in the store. If they don't have product I want she orders it. She immediately gives you a consultation and helps you get what you need. Has even picked up a mirror took me out to the sun to match extensions colors to my natural hair. Amazing grateful woman you will know when you see her she looks like -> 👩🏽🦲
I get theres a difference between getting help from owners versus employees. So I'm not saying or expecting Sallys workers to go all out but dang. They literally did nothing. Sallys is better off adding a self check out and a computer to google your own questions.

Stopped in to get some stuff for my daughter.I was greeted by two young ladies who were very nice and polite and asked if I needed help with anything.Since I’ve never been to one before and had no idea what I was getting, I did and they knew right where the items I showed them pictures of were.They even told me about some sales they had if I bought one more item I got 20% off.Customer service was very good here.

Sarah and Tirzah were amazing! They’re both super knowledgeable and very friendly :) they make you feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had. My transaction was a little complicated but they were so patient with me. Thank you for being yourselves! I love this location!

I went yesterday and it was perfect! I needed some help with hair products and they took the time to explain the amounts and the products for my hair… and age!!! I did the process and my hair looks awesome!!!

Noelle and Lauren were so amazingly kind and helpful. They’re both very knowledgeable about all the products offered in the store which was an immense help to me plus my daughter loved them so much she wanted to buy them lunch!

This location, at the Forum is supposed to be open until 6pm for curbside pickup. I've been calling the store since 5pm. Decided to drive to the store, to see whats going on since no one answered. I arrive at 5:23, the lights are on, I can clearly see through the glass two employees in an isle talking. One of them looks at me and another patron. I call the number again, they walk to the back room and turn off the lights and don't come back out. Within that few minutes I was there, a total of 7 customers, including me turn and leave because of their apparent refusal to assist us.

Pretty normal sized Sally's. The customer service wasn't bad but we weren't asked if we needed any help which is typical at most of these places. I was really disappointed just how sparse everything was. Every aisle had big sections that were out of stock
