Good selection of gel polishes and hair care, usually stocked really well. However, there’s an employee there that is unpleasant to be around. I didn’t catch her name as I felt too intimidated to even ask. She’s tall, has dark curly black and red hair, has a lot of keychains on her lanyard and wears a face mask. She was not very communicative and her demeanor made the whole experience feel upsetting. I used a gift card and asked her if there was a trashcan to throw the empty gift card away and she just looked at me, pointed to the exit and said, “you know you can just throw it away out there.” Meaning outside, which is fine, it’s just the way her whole demeanor was about it was rude.

The Manager Elli charged me for an extra hair dye. I didn't realize this until I got home and reviewed the receipt. When I went back to dispute the charge the cashier on shift (large build, green eyes) didn't want to return my money and said I'd need to come another day when the person who rang me up would be on shift. Instead of simply reviewing inventory to see how many they had on hand vs. sold, she said she couldn't verify whether I bought it or not.

The store was clean and had a wide variety of options. I've visited this location twice and the customer service was excellent both times. Allie (hope the spelling is correct) was was kind and helpful!!

I have been here multiple times and they are always nice. They are always willing to help. I had a few questions and they gave me suggestions and even when they did not know they tried to help me figure it out.

Maddison was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and even suggested things I'd never even heard or thought about. I bought all of her recommendations and I couldn't be happier. My hair feels amazing after her recommendations, and I will be buying full sizes. I told her I don't typically talk to staff because I know what I need, but she truly changed how I view the store. I can't wait to go back and get more product recommendations!

Went in to pick up some clippers today. Applied for their credit card and got approved, but for some reason the $20 off promotion wasn't coming up on my purchase. (I applied online) so the manager came over to help and was very helpful. We weren't able to figure it out, but I absolutely appreciated all her help. We were able to have my wife apply for a card at the register and were able to utilize the $20 off promotion. All in all the two ladies that helped were amazing and I will definitely continue to shop at this location. Thanks ladies.

They constantly ask you if you need help finding anything after telling them for 3 times no. Then they follow you around like you’re going to steal something. I probably won’t come back because they make you feel uncomfortable.

Please stop listening to their advice like it’s the gospel. They did not go to school and learn anything about actual hair and hair health. Everytime I go in there the lady is giving advice that doesn’t make sense selling items that won’t even work on the hair that is in question. They make up stuff to just sell you items. They also giving false information. And they do it all with confidence absolutely disgusting .

The store was clean and looked nice. My issue was that when my wife said she couldn't find a particular product, the clerk didn't even acknowledge the difficulty - even though the clerk JUST ASKED if we found everything okay. This lack of courtesy confirmed how I felt the moment we walked through the door: the workers don't care about customer service.5/10 - nice store; employees, not so much.

You get two stars for customer service. You did great. HOWEVER, I've been there twice now to fix my hair, and each time, the advice and products they've given me has only wrecked my hair further and further. My hair now has to go to a professional because of the horrible advice I've gotten here.
