  Super happy with this place. I had been to a different salon earlier in the day and they butchered my hair. I called K. Charles because they had great reviews and I asked if anyone could help me. They had a Master Stylist, Victoria, that was available to help. All I can say is AMAZING. Not only did she correct my style, she educated me on the history of the salon. What an amazing story and what dedication to a brand/company. I found my new salon and stylist. The care and courtesy has gained them a new client. I highly recommend them.

  Victoria has been my girl for a couple of years now and I just realized (as I’m leaving the salon refreshed) I haven’t left her the 5 star review she’s long deserved. I have naturally very dark, thinner, baby fine hair… that I like to keep with full highlights and very blonde lol she has always made sure to keep my hair healthy in the process and delivers exactly what I want every time. She’s my go to and hope she never leaves, because I don’t know what my hair would do without her!

  Everyone at the Schertz location of K Charles is friendly. Victoria is a great stylist who always listens & has lots of patience with my fine, terribly wimpy hair. She makes me look as if I actually have much better hair than I do!
