Went in for an infected wound. In and out within 30 mins give or take. The crew of gentleman that were working the night shift are an A+ group! Friendly, attentive and quick! Thank you Troy, Chris W- RN , Joel M, and Dr. Castillo! Will definitely go back if we ever have another emergency!

Seen almost immediately. Dr Rayfield, Ashley, Sean, Alfonso, and Blanca could not have been nicer. Great prompt thorough treatment. So thankful they are near for any treatment that I may ever need.

This clinic was a life saver (not literally) for me, I found myself in need of their services at 1:30AM. I was treated with kindness and great customer service. They were super efficient, I was in and out in approx 45 minutes. This will definitely be my go to clinic in urgent/emergency situations

I recently visited Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need. From the moment you walk in, the staff were welcoming and efficient. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and you don’t have to wait long before being seen by a doctor. What stands out most is the genuine compassion and dedication of the entire team. They are truly like a family there, and will treat you with that same kindness. I believe that personal touch makes all the difference and relieves the stress of having to go be seen at an emergency clinic.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care provided by Dr. Rayfield and Nurse Courtney. They are truly amazing human beings and exceptional professionals. Their expertise and compassion have made a significant difference in our lives.
In a previous experience, they performed a quick and accurate assessment that literally saved a family member’s life. We felt incredibly fortunate to receive their help once again recently. Their dedication to patient care is evident, and they go above and beyond to ensure that every concern is addressed.
I highly recommend this clinic, but especially Dr. Rayfield and Nurse Courtney. They are a remarkable team, and we are so thankful for everything they have done for us!

We love Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic. We’ve been here far too often for our active kids and the staff is always great. In and out under 2 hours including X-rays. It beats taking days for answers when you go to PCP then radiology and finally ortho. Thank you!

I have always liked going to this clinic and had positive experiences, so I was very surprised that last week's care was disappointing. I went in Friday for severe throat pain and swelling. Front office personnel were helpful and got triaged which was fine. They did swab me to check for strep and the nurse that saw my throat said that it was pretty bad. When the Dr came in, he stated that the test was negative but never even examined or assessed me. I left with only Tylenol and Naproxen for pain which did not help at all. I was told to come back but try and give it a week. Well I did go back to see a Dr elsewhere. On Sunday I saw an urgent care Dr in Cibolo who actually examined me and stated regardless of the test she was going to treat my sickness aggressively. I got a steroid shot and antibiotics. It was strep but wanted to evaluate me again the next day or 2 for an abscess. I went back and she wasn't happy with the progress so I was sent to BAMC emergency room for further evaluation. There they found the abscess, drained and lanced it and put me on a week steroids with antibiotics. When do Drs stop listening or examining patients? Please stop looking at just test results as just your evaluation of what you think is wrong. Tests don't show the whole picture some times. This may have be found sooner had someone just stopped and looked. This could have been a different outcome. Thank you Urgent Care team for treating and listening to me. I'm home with 2 days rest and missed all week from work. Stop, look and listen to your patients is all I ask.

Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic is amazing, as my first contact Annie was great. I walked in with a cut on my big toe, that my friends state that it will need stitches, Annie assisted me quickly and assured me they would take good care of me. Dr. Gibson and his Nurse Lisa went over and beyond to comfort me and kept me posted on what was going on. In addition, I needed an x-ray and Jeannie the tech was prompt and courteous. My friends were right, I left the clinic with 3 stitches. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for awesome quality care with a smile.. They care about their patients!!❤️ my friends that took me there were also please with all the staff. Kudos to the Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic.

My experience was great. Despite the pain I was in. I was very happy with the way I was treated. Everyone that came into the room introduced themselves and listened as I explained my pain. Everyone was calm, attentive, and pleasant, which put me at ease, and when they took my blood pressure it was perfect. That set the precedence for the rest of the exam. I can’t say enough great things about this gem in Schertz and the great work they do. Thank you to my team: Cassie, Darleen, Sean, Courtney and Dr. Rayfield. If I, or anyone else needs a referral please don’t hesitate. Great service all the way around. Bonus they take Tricare!
