Not good. Shell offers an attractive Fuel Rewards Card and sometimes has nice discounts. Last night I attempted to use my 26 cents per gallon discount. After pumping .811 gallons the pump shut down because it was out of gas. So I went to another pump and the discount went away. Of course I went inside and the clerk said he couldn't do anything but come back and see the manager. I went back tonight and of course the manager couldn't do anything, how convenient. Why have managers in these places if you're going to tie their hands?

I frequent here as I use a shell card for fuel for business and 6/10 times there some sort of issue with the pumps. With 6 gas stations at this intersection I wish I didn’t use the shell credit card for fuel purchases, because this is the closest station to my house. Ironically the shell stations across the state of Texas always seem to have issues also. Very disappointing.

We filled up our car with regular gas at Shell, 174997 I-35 North, Schertz, Tx. They advertised $2.00 a gallon without a car wash and $2.25 a gallon with a car wash. We did not want our car washed, but When we check out the receipt, it showed we had paid $2.25 a gallon. We ask to have our car washed, but they said you have to be a member. A member of what? Nowhere on the signs does it say you have to be a member. I am wondering if that is false advertising. I want to warn everybody to beware of this gas station.

When i stopped here, none of the pumps were operational. I don't have much knowledge at running a business, but having a gas station that doesn't have gas doesn't seem like a good business model.

Was not impressed today when I went into the store to buy a pepsi. The three workers behind the counter were talking and only two had masks and close together. The cashier with the pink hair was more interested in talking to the others about his hair and his nails and not me as a customer. Not even counting back my change, or say "thank you" or giivng me a receipt. I suspect the manager was one of the three talking about this kids hair and nail situation. This lack of customer service just lost any future patronizing from me.

Decent prices. Staff are ok. However, to save the money on gas when you get a carwash you have to buy it inside, and this is only written in small print on the side of the pump. Very irritating, as I would not have got a car wash otherwise.

Wipers until it had cracked both side of the Windshield, broke off the Wipers ame Ripped my Visor from the brackets!!! eveything sounded promising as ì reported it to the young man Soru the blue hair who was attending the gas station... He was very nice and concerning with the issue. stating that they have an insurance company to handle such damage.. well ì got one phone call from their Insurance AIG rep. Sherry 21 May 2018, saying she was going to look at the video showing that my car was in the wash rack and get back too me;( right she hasn't responded to any of the many phone messages??? the signs posted which wasn't visible do saying no visors. But because the signage is so high up on the wall and my cars visor so low ì never knew there was signs posted... any way it's a shame to have a big name gas station like SHELL have an insurance company ignore a CLAIM or incident relevant to CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
