Love the photo department and all the great customizable and personalized options. I also love that they frequently have big discounts on pictures and other photo projects. Every year around the holidays they have customizable calendars, ornaments, ceramic mugs and so many other items that are usually 50% to 60% off.

My doc calls in meds, 3 days for them to fill! Do they not know people might be sick??? I have transfered my meds to a mail order pharmacy. I have dealt with a couple of walgreens and they both suck. They seem to have a corporate level of bad customer service.

I went there to pick up my meds and didn't have insurance to cover it. The lady at the pharmacy took time to look up discounts which saved me half on my prescription..

I am definitely not your honey, I'm a customer. If you are going to do a bunch of stuff wrong don't talk to me like I'm your best friend or lover if I've never met you. All I wanted was to be checked out in an efficient manner, and find the products I needed. Interactions with the service providers shouldn't make me feel awkward, you don't know me don't act like I'm your nephew or niece when you're probably not even older than I am. Concentrate on good customer service, which is where you definitely need to concentrate

Horrible Pharmacy. Never have prescriptions in stock, say they will order, do not notify you that they actually did not order it. Went ahead and filed prescription with insurance even though they do not have prescription in stock. Ridiculous amount of time wasted instead of transferring to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy personnel are slow, rude, and really just do not care about the customer. Not sure why management lets this continue.

I went in for a passport photo. They can take your picture a few times and are patient with helping you select one. They have the format so the picture is guaranteed to be the right size, color and meet requirements for a passport. Wait time was not long, about 15 min.

Not ever recommend this Pharmacy I have been told three times that they are ordering my medication and it will be ready by a certain day and it's not and they say they don't have it in stock and it hasn't then ordered and will have it ready for you by such and such a day go to pick it up on that day nothing still hasn't been ordered and if you go there do not ever speak to Kam. She is very rude and will not let you speak she put me on hold mid sentence she is not customer service material. Ive been trying to get my medication for a month. I hate that i have to use walgeens

Horrible service at pharmacy with Aravia. Will take my business elsewhere. It shouldn't be so hard to get vaccinated. It's a public service that should be easier and available for EVERYONE.

Terrible service needs .The staff are laughing and joking around while the pickup/drive thru line is a mile long which requires you to wait an hour plus just to be told the medication which you have been waiting on for not only that hour in line, but also for days is not ready. Not to mention days ago they said "it will be ready Wednesday." Then to pull up on Wednesday and they say "we don't have enough for your prescription, it will be ready Wednesday.".. It IS literally Wednesday! It's just ridiculous; save yourself the headache.

This is the worst pharmacy in the area, I do not recommend using this pharmacy- ever. I waited in line over an hour today before the clerk told me they could not find my appointment for my vaccination. I understand places are understaffed, but there's no excuse for waiting in line for an hour after your appointment time just to check in to be told they can't find your appointment. Do not bother with this pharmacy you will not get good customer service. I went to CVS and was in and out in 20 minutes.

I have always gotten my medications filled at Walgreens. This Walgreens location is the absolute worst location I have ever used. They always have a huge line at the pharmacy and are super slow. I know places are having trouble finding employees, but why does it take so long to collect someone's payment and hand them their prescriptions?!?

Walgreens 3009 in schertz pharmacy are very unprofessional. I called Aug 27th and asked for med from TN to be transferred to schertz location. I have a family member I have been caring for since May living with me. I asked for seizure med to be filled. I called them on 8/27/21 @ 6:35pm and spoke with staff. She looked up prescription and said pick up at 8:30pm. She said she needed insurance info but I can wait until I pick up to bring it in. I arrived at 8:42pm and I was advised prescription not filled yet and to comeback in 30mins. Went back at 9:45pm still not filled. My husband went back today 8/31/21and they said they don't have med in stock at all and I needed to call around to other pharmacies. I called today at 9:51pm and waited on hold until 9:51 until 10:02 just for someone to pick up and hang up in my face without speaking to me I know its 10pm closing time and they just hung up on me without speaking. How rude!!!!!

Always something at the drive threw pharmacy window( too long lines , never enough employees) so I figure I am over due to vent about today's incident. Waited patiently in line after getting a text the my meds were ready. The person asked for my insurance card and verify info, only to tell me it was denied that by DO b was wrong. I reminded him I've had the same insurance for the last 20+ years. Said he would have to hold my card and I would have to come back for my meds. Made into the door of my home only to get a text the meds were ready. 20 minutes later followed by a phone call from the same #%^* ( while eating dinner) He said the problem was fixed. I as what was the problem he said he didn't know had someone else fix it. Made it back to the drive threw only to come to the line being double the size then the first time. I'll make sure from now on to post other incident. I only keep coming back because they are closest and better then the *^+=! At CVS
