They answer their phones pretty quickly unlike cvs who I just recently transferred my prescriptions from. every time I would call there I'd have to wait on hold at least 20 or 30 minutes until someone answered so this is a big relief. I've had very good experiences here with everybody.

Our provider sent an eyedrop prescription to Walgreens Pharmacy at 7pm after being seen for an eye injury. Store website states the pharmacy is open until 10pm, so there should be enough time. Called at 9pm and was on hold for 20 minutes with the recording repeating that we were next in line. Finally called the main store and was told the pharmacy closed at 8pm. We tolerate their long lines both inside and in the drive through, but we're done with Walgreens after tonight. This pharmacy could use some attention.

I called this pharmacy to check if they had my prescription in stock because most pharmacies were back-ordered. The woman in the pharmacy was extremely rude and would not tell me. She said I had to come into the pharmacy to see if my medication was in stock. Every other pharmacy I called were very helpful and answered my request... except for this Schertz pharmacy. Horrible customer service.

The pharmacist has the personality of a wet blanket. he is rude and condescending. He lied about when our prescription was delivered to make up for the fact that it wasn't ready when it should have been.

I went to get my prescription yesterday (9/12/2023) and after talking to the employee at the drivethru, I had to "verify" my address and the last 4 or my phone number. This is the FIRST time in the four years I've used this pharmacy to do this. I've only had to provide my date of birth as other pharmacies ask for. This excessive "verification" is unneeded.

My doc calls in meds, 3 days for them to fill! Do they not know people might be sick??? I have transfered my meds to a mail order pharmacy. I have dealt with a couple of walgreens and they both suck. They seem to have a corporate level of bad customer service.

I went there to pick up my meds and didn't have insurance to cover it. The lady at the pharmacy took time to look up discounts which saved me half on my prescription..

The print shop here was awesome!Super fast and good quality on the prints.I got prints at the CVS up the street and the quality was horrible.Same pictures printed here and in much better quality.

OK... Folks in the pharmacy; when a customer request to pick-up a prescription, you ask them for ID. The ID is provided and you carry to locate the prescription. After you retrieve the prescription you come back to the counter and ask them for the address???? It's on the ID. I'm not understanding this, but it makes a customer wonder; at least it did to me. Employees also speak to customers in a condescending tone as if we did something wrong. If you're going to display a large banner about being the best or #1 pharmacy, All of these actions should reflect such, otherwise take the banner down and get new employees and update policies.

I am definitely not your honey, I'm a customer. If you are going to do a bunch of stuff wrong don't talk to me like I'm your best friend or lover if I've never met you.All I wanted was to be checked out in an efficient manner, and find the products I needed. Interactions with the service providers shouldn't make me feel awkward, you don't know me don't act like I'm your nephew or niece when you're probably not even older than I am. Concentrate on good customer service, which is where you definitely need to concentrate

Placed a same day delivery for my medication since I’m not feeling well and didn’t want to go pick it up. Huge mistake. I’ve been waiting over 24 hours for it. Paid the delivery fee for same day delivery, and I’ve yet to receive it. It’s been “out for delivery” for around 15 hours. I called the store and was told it’s still sitting there! The delivery was set for pick up the next day! I can’t even get my delivery fee refunded because it’s through DoorDash. Never again.
