They won’t exchange $20 bills for $100 bills. Even if you use their ATM. They do not consider you a customer unless you have an account. I was told to wait after I asked to exchange denominations for over 10 minutes with no one else in line. Then told I am not considered a customer. Even Walmart staff at customer service said they thought this was not right of them.

Do not bank with these people. My mother recently passed away had had two accounts with Woodforest. I was named executor of the estate in her will. We went through the courts to probate her will and I received a Letter of Testamentary from the court to handle her affairs. While trying to consolidate her finances into an estate account, Woodforest will not release her money to me. Having to get the estate lawyer involved which of course is costing me money.

I would give no stars if i could. This locations manager a older woman with short hair, told me 10 minutes before they closed that they could not give me change because they close in 10 min and already closed their drawer out.. okay so what time do you really close? Is loosing a business customer of a large corporate account worth getting out 10 min early??.,

I used to visit this branch all the time. I loved that they always knew my name. Their hours now are utterly ridiculous, though. They are all over the place and no longer open when regular people are off work except for Saturday.

I've been with this bank since the 80s. I traveled for work for 4 years. While I was in California my card was compromised. It took months to be able to use my new card.The last couple of times it reached expiration we communicated multiple times trying to get a new card. Woodforest NEVER notified us that our card was expiring. We eventually had to drive to a Walmart that had a Woodforest Bank inside, currently 30 miles away, to get a new card. This is, in my opinion, terrible customer service!
