This is my sisters account but my brother and I are pro wrestlers and we were coming from Houston and my turbo hose blew, and we lost alot of power. Thank God we met these people at O’Reillys. Absolutely the best Customer Service I’ve ever received from any store I’ve ever been to. They helped me find the part I needed and with no hesitation help me install it in my truck. Not to mention the great attitudes all the employees had, definitely a great work environment. And if I’m ever in the area again, even if I don’t need anything I’m going in there to buy something. Thank you for getting me home.

I pulled over because my truck was driving funny and found a missing lug nut. Huge shout out to Adam for helping me replace the lug and tighten the rest on the truck! Great customer service and friendly safe atmosphere for a girl in a bad spot in the middle of nowhere. Thank you for your help guys ?

The folks here were very quick to help replace our failed auxiliary battery, and the manager came out to help and loaned the tools for us to switch it out. They were knowledgeable and very helpful.

I would rate this place a "0" if I could. I have had nothing but problems with this store since its inception into this town. I am an auto mechanic shop owner and I often require the service of this store, being the only one around. They have consistently delivered the wrong parts, if delivered at all; or they have delivered them after long waiting time without any notifications of when they will be arriving; or they have constantly denied the availability of parts when I have already verified the existence of the parts in this location with other O'relly stores. The climax of this low-quality service reached its peak today when I called the manager of the store and put him at check of his ineptitude of providing a good and proper service when he, once again insisted that a part that I highly needed was inexistent. I called another store where they provided with the proper number. I gave this number to the manager and he found out the part was available in his store. His mood suddenly changed and this manager tried to kick me out of the store by claiming the right to refuse service to me screaming as loud as he could, basically as a mad person would react when confronted with a true reason. He threatened to call the police, comment to which I politely asserted to go ahead and bluntly refused to leave without my part.I'm not sure if this attitude is caused by bigotry or simply a personal attrition but it definitely is a personal attack towards me and my clients.It is embarrassing to mention such incident, but I find it necessary for upper management to take action to prevent this type of unnecessary attitude when it is obvious that a lack of proper training will suffice the professionalism of this personnel.

This is one of the most poorly managed stores you could open a door to! I've been standing at the counter placing an order, which requires giving no less than 10 specs on your vehicle, when the "Associate" takes a phone call and completely stops helping me and starts going through the list of specs required to help the phone caller!! The staff must rotate out because you won't see the same faces maybe every other week or so, and I haven't figured out the schedule of the crew that actually may care about helping in store customers.

We were at the tail end of a cross country road trip and almost home when our engine oil started running low. I am very car-ignorant but Jimmy and Benjamin were very kind in the face of my helplessness and went above and beyond to help me top off the oil for the first time. Not to mention this was all on New Year’s Day! I am incredibly grateful for their hospitality, which helped us get home in one piece!
