Ace Hardware has a no return policy on Stihl products. We bought a Stihl chainsaw for over $600. Stihl has changed the ignition process and the chain assembly process since the last one we bought. It did not work well for us, so we tried to return it. No go. I won’t shop at a store that will not honor their sales. Too many other hardware stores out there for this nonsense.

Sold me a 500$ chainsaw didn't work 30 minutes now they say I have to wait a week before their mechanic is back won't trade me for the same saw or anything now I must spend another 500 to finish this job

I go here for all kinds of things. Plumbing, gardening, kitchen utensils and various other kitchen stuff, painting, bbq pits, outside chairs and swings . Too many things to list. Go by and see if they have what you are looking for. Might suprise you , what they carry.

I went in July 2nd to buy Gorilla Tape with my girlfriend...paid for by her bank card. The very next day after closing she gets charged AGAIN WITHOUT PERMISSION for THE SAME TOTAL!! BY ACE HARDWARE..SHE CALLS THEM AND WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE BANK as if the bank was to blame!!
