I have had three incidents of terrible customer service from a teller by the name of Ana Ortiz. Worst customer service skills ever. I've never seen a bank teller on such an ego trip. This is my bank. I am the customer. She needs to take that bad attitude somewhere else.

I've been with Wells Fargo for 7 years now and I have never had a bad experience like I did here. They really need to teach the employees about customer service. I had a bank teller named Ana who had the worst attitude problem ever. The look on her face was completely unappealing. Next time you plan on hiring someone, make sure there customer service is up to date.
