Paddy is a super guy!! I’m from out of state and went on a hog hunt. Was hoping to get my hog processed asap so I wouldn’t have to go back and forth between Austin and here. Spoke with Paddy and in a couple hours I walked out with product in hand. Couldn’t have been happier, and did I mention Paddy is a super guy??? Thanks so much Paddy, hope to return!

Disappointed doesn't even cover my feelings. We brought a buck in, we wanted a shoulder mount, jerky meat and ground meat from him. Well they butchered him so badly we had to pick his head up and take him to the taxidermy we usually use (2.5hrs away) and they could only do a Euro mount. Then the meat is AWFUL quality. We got HUGE bags of jerky meat but I swear they just gave us the scrap piles. It's mangled and SO much silver skin. After salvaging what we could use we were left with maybe half the package. While defrosting the bags of meat blood goes everywhere and the bags fill with air. It's awful. And very upsetting. When my husband picked up the meat the process was rushed and they didn't wanna talk. ALSO I FOUND A FLY IN WITH THE JERKY MEAT!! wish I could leave 0 stars and a warning.

Great people even better meat. Everything from snack sticks to summer sausage. Won't buy steaks anywhere else.

Been wanting jerky so bad lately , went to the store and found willie joes beef jerky’s . Man this jerky is amazing , honestly best jerky I’ve had in a while and I’m very picky with my jerky!! Outstanding facility! Never mind the outstanding beef tenderloin we all enjoy but we can highly recommend the smoked pork tenderloin, together with the new line of cheddar and pepper Jack cheese! A jewel.

Has good flavor, but it is literally impossible to chew. The leather on my boots is softer than this trash.
