*DO NOT MAKE DEPOSITS AT THIS ATM*I would like to start by saying the employees at the bank are super nice! This review has to do with the Bank. I recently deposited money in the ATM and there is no record of it..4 days later and still not even a call or anything to address the situation..unacceptable! Just don't do it keep your money...it will be more responsibly kept!

Why have a bank here if you can’t get change. Ridiculous I got to drive to clear lake now. Not good for business or businesses that need change. You want us to call ahead we’ll answer the phones!

These people at this bank are always very kind and friendly to me! They know me by my name when I go in very personable! I appreciate the extra mile this bank goes for me this is one of the reasons I have stayed with Compass Bank for many years!!

Horrible customer service. Still on hold after 1.5 hours trying to set up online payments for a new car loan. I am actively looking for someone else to service this loan as this is the WORST experience ever.

Went in to deposit my check, JOSE PAJUELO was the only teller there. Tried to ask a question and his a** was rude! Someone else came in and he left me to go to that customer. When he came back, the whole time he was being rude especially with his comebacks. Horrible teller. This f****** guy needs to get fired with his unprofessional self. Tomorrow I'll be calling to inform the manager.

As a small business owner and someone who has multiple accounts across numerous banking institutions (commercial & personal) I have to say that BBVA is the absolute worst of them all. The service is terrible and the fees are frequent. That being said I can not recommend enough to look into opening an account with a local private bank keeping your money out of the hands of large banks such as BBVA that only intend to nickel and dime you to death as to line their own pockets and appease shareholders.

After staying up all night in hopes of scoring my boys their dream Christmas gift on sale for Cyber Monday. Unfortunately, you all decided to put a fraud block on my card after spending a whopping $100 through Amazon (where I do 90% of my shopping so its hard to see why it was flagged as fraud). With supplies running low I called and reached Lilly who despite answering all of her identifying questions correctly, just didn't believe I was who I claimed. I told her that moments mattered but it made no impact. After harassing me rather than helping she provided zero information & gave me another number to call (could have saved 10 minutes if she had just refereed me to the proper department. Now I have been on hold for 40 minutes and the deal is sold out. This sale was the only chance I had to get my boys the gift they've asked for all year. Thank you so very much BBVA - you guys hit a new low today. Since I am venting my BBVA issues I'd also like to add that this bank left me in a real jam during Harvey. I contacted Joel Beeson at least 3 weeks prior to the hurricane to get a replacement card. I was told it would arrive "the day after tomorrow". 3 weeks & 4 phone calls later there was still no card. I called again on the day they closed for Harvey & asked again "where is my card"? I got pretty much the same answer. At this point I'd had zero access to my money for weeks (ridiculous) & was now going into a major natural disaster with no access to funds. He kindly offered that I should come to the bank & get cash but( oh by the way) we are closing in 20 minutes. It was another week before the card finally came. Between these two experiences, I am looking for a new bank.

This branch is great, with great people! Sorry to say BBVA stinks, the branch on 249 is awful, if you use a non compass ATM you pay fees to the bank as well as ATM fees, time for a new bank
