I called around and found this wonderful company. Amber was so patient because she knew I was frustrated. No long hold times or chasing them around to help me.
She was able to locate the exact windshield I had on my car. The gentlemen came out to repair it today. They will be on time or early! Very kind, quick, and efficient.

“Great choice for auto repair! Bumper, grill, and hood were all damaged during an accident, and Joe Hudson's made it look brand new. It took a little longer than initially quoted, but Joe Hudson's rejected an imperfect (new) hood, so that delayed delivery. Although not customary, an employee dropped me off and picked me up. Additionally, they detailed the car inside and out before I took delivery! I couldn't ask for better service.”
“They do a great wash, half off basic wash on Mondays, and they're friendly. Free vacuum, mat wash, compressed air, and they leave out towels for you to use when you're there.”

“I scheduled an appt. to have my windshield replaced the day before it was serviced. I received confirmation day of scheduling and the morning of my appt. I was a little nervous about how i was going to meet my service rep since i would have to meet him when he arrived and about the overall process since it wasn't at a residence.
Fast-forward my technician Mr. Al(nickname) who was amazing. From beginning conversation to meet up and being able to accommodate going across the street due to my job not letting him onsite Very kind and professional from start to finish. He got straight to work and i believe he was done in less then a hour.He made the process very seamless for my first time which helped me not so tight about paying 400.00. Mr. Al really did make it a enjoyable experience”
