The retail side is ok but the pharmacy is rude and negligent. I cannot count how many times they were too rude to listen and ended up messing up my order. A few days ago they gave me my RX with someone else’s name and info on it. When I called up there instead of apologizing the lady was rude, sighing and telling me I needed to bring it back so they could investigate. Never apologized for the inconvenience it caused me. I’m switching everything back to the Walgreens in La Porte. They are personable and take time to help people, not treat them like an inconvenience.

Recently moved here and don’t have a primary care doctor. I’ve been fighting soar throat for 4 days. I decided I would go to the clinic inside CVS. Called and scheduled my appointment. I informed them that I would be paying cash. No problem! I get there wait and finally it’s my turn. They do a Strep test it’s negative and can issue no medication without a positive test result. $184 later I’m sent out the door with the same issues I’m having and no answers. To say I was livid is an understatement! I ended up at the ER to get medication and treatment. Save your money and time and DO NOT go here!

Friendly and efficient staff. This is a great fairly new CVS. Love coming here and also calling them and ordering from the pharmacy on line. They’re always prompt in answering the phone.

Emily at the pharmacy Is without a doubt the most rude person I've ever encountered and I have to encounter her weekly for my medication. She always has a negative attitude. Just to clarify I'm 25 years old don't really care to post or type a review but it's become a weekly thing.

One brief experience to write about, but I'll give the CVS 3-stars for a good location that's easy to get to and a positive experience. I was picking up photos, the attendant behind the counter immediately asked if he could help, got my pictures quickly, and checked me out within minutes. As for the location, this is a new store to make up for the one along SH-146 that had to be razed due to expansion. It's adjacent to an AutoZone and the location itself is great to get to from SH-146 OR NASA Parkway down Repsdorph (which dog legs at or near this store via a round-a-bout and connects both major arteries). The good news is that most of the Kemah/146 construction traffic is south of where you get to it from either road so easy breezy. It's a good location near a lot of neighborhoods so worth trying. Time will tell if the management lives up to my CVS expectation but I'll definitely go again.

Maritza in the pharmacy is AWESOME! Extremely helpful when I had to sort through a bunch of new insurance/ prescription cards. Knowledgeable and very personable-great customer service skills-something I don't see much anymore. Thank you Maritza!

The rating is specifically aimed at their Pharmacy. I've had issues with this pharmacy three different times. The first was when they took over 3 weeks (3!)to fill a script for an infection my son had. The second was when the pharmacist told me wrong information about a nebulizer machine being required for purchase to receive my albuterol. This past time I went in three separate times to fill three prescriptions and was told every time it would be 15 minutes, at 12:40pm, 2:30pm and then at 5pm. I NEVER received my medicine. I know they are short handed and extremely busy but if you can't fill the order until 24-48 hours then tell me. Instead it's just the same story, 15 minutes.

Although the staff are very nice and try to be helpful, they continue to fall short of good service. They blame it on lack of staff and no time to fill prescriptions. Well, hire more staff. Almost every time we have been to get a RX it was not filled, even after I called and they said it would be ready. Again ""lack of staff"". The last time they filled the other RX's and I did not notice one was missing. They said nothing. After getting home I called and they said they were out, no bother to let me know, but they would have it by the afternoon(yesterday). This morning still no call or message it is filled. I called and again ""sorry we are understaffed,". Then after checking she said they didn't and wouldn't have it because it was back ordered. So a week later no meds. I'm just thankful it wasn't a medicine that would have potential life threat effects if not taken. Please. HIRE MORE STAFF! I like to support local businesses but I'm about to ditch this one!

This CVS pharmacy is very unprofessional and rude. I needed to get medication for my son twice in May. They costed me hours to get them. First, I got phone notification which said the medicine was ready to pick up. I went there, they were not ready and I was asked to wait. During my waiting time, the pharmacist: Tammy L Bennett and Tech: E.Kmie made fun of me. After I waited for a while, I wanted to walk around in the store. But they told me it's ready and wait for there, but it's not ready. After they verified the insurance and knew I had divorced, they kept calling my ex-husband's name through the speaker even though I just sat in front of them. When they saw me impatient during waiting and embarrassed when I paid, they just had fun and scoffed at me. Very bad experience in this CVS store!

I love the pharmacy and new location! Jerry, one of the pharmacists, is so helpful and goes above and beyond to help his customers. He kept me informed about getting my insurance to cover my prescriptions and spent many hours on the phone with them I'm sure. The rest of the staff is very nice and they fill your prescriptions very quickly!

I wish I could give no stars. A lady in particular named Michelle has a condescending attitude and you can tell in her tone there is anywhere else she would rather be than at work. She was not helpful in any way. I had to actually pick up my prescription note and take it somewhere else to get filled. I'll never come here again. Go to Kroger instead.

I'm not sure about the negative reviews but this is by far the most personable, helpful CVS staff I've ever encountered. The pharmacist, Jerry, is by far the BEST, most helpful pharmacist I've ever encountered. He goes above and beyond to assist in any way he can. I've always had pleasant experiences with the regular pharmacy and store staff, as well. They keep the store stocked, organized, and clean. All very willing to help. They don't have the best drink selection, but that seems to be a common thread with all CVS locations and it's obviously their buyer/supplier not their staff's fault.
