Reserved a rental car showed up at 9am a little late and the office was closed. Uber to there now paying an Uber to leave. Tried calling and no answer. Called customer service and they sent me to the local store that I was standing outside of and of course no answer

This location of Enterprise to me represents how bad the company is. My wife had scheduled a meeting for today, took off work to go pick up her rental car. We were greeted with do you have an appointment? We made appointment online. That is not making an appointment we were told. If not, then why offer it? We were told someone contacted us the previous Friday which was a lie and that they had no cars for us. They had one truck and it would cost more to obtain it. My wife does not want to drive a truck nor should she have to. The staff at this location offered no other solutions and it seemed like we were a bother. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have called multiple times because my deposit still has not been returned only to be told to keep waiting by Hunter it's been over a week. Calling does no good as phones are barley answered

OKI just moved to the area and I'm trying out this new enterprise company that I will use quite often. And I think this is the location. They are super nice and they head my car Ready on time. That's all you can ask of a rental car agency

After a horrible & unprofessional experience at the Webster enterprise, thankfully I changed my mind and went to the Seabrook enterprise location where in fact I had a magnificent experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank God for Hunter and “0”!!!! I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service from beginning to the end. You guys are the greatest!!!!

Overcharged for optional insurance, I agreed for the first week, and they charged me an entire month. Once I confronted the manager, Hunter about this, he got very defensive, and then unresponsive. His reasoning was "he called once and I didnt answer" so he extended it, though most of our communication was through text. I called corporate and they told me a regional manager would call, never happened either. Now going through a dispute with my bank. My advice, only book with a corporate enterprise, I was told on the phone it would be easier to get help that way. Unfortunately.

Went into get a car for the weekend and let me tell you WOW. I've been using Enterprise for years now and this was the best branch I've been to. Hunter helped us out tremendously and will be renting from him again in the future.

This place is amazing Karliss is very personable and when I didn’t like my first rental she went above and beyond to get me into what I needed. She was super helpful and if you’re going to rent in this area. Other locations are okay; this one remembers you, and is helpful. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

The national hotline will schedule an appointment for you, but no one will show up. You have to go to the Webster location. Spent an hour waiting on my scheduled appointment sitting on the ground before the Webster store called and asked if I still wanted my reservation. They at least sent someone to pick me up, but the lack of sommunication and discomfort of sitting on the sidewalk for more than an hour ruined my afternoon.

Bait and switch scam. Called enterprise and was able to make a reservation, was told to call the local location to confirm that they will pick me up in a couple hours. Called this location and was told that they don't have any cars at the price of my reservation, but they do have a larger vehicle for an extra $30 a day. I was told to call around to other locations if they have any cars in the price range of my "reservation." Called around and was told that I'm outside the radius of being picked up. Awful experience. Would've waited to have my car fixed if I knew I wouldn't have another car to drive to work. The reservation call center should be aware of what's available at their locations. I should not have to call around to other locations to see if they have cars only to be told that they won't be able to pick me up.

Typically good service from Hertz folks. No problems getting into or out of the airport rental check-in/checkout.
