Give real tracking info, answer customer inquiries about orders, deliver the products they've been paid for. Over three months, no product, no shipping info, no way to contact anyone with the company. Complete rip off!

Love this place. Staff is super friendly. If you're looking for masks, pirate gear, costumes, hats, Mardi Gras gear, beads, and lots of other fun stuff, this is the place to go!

Okay, so I'm editing my post because I realize that my package was at the post office, however, they should provide a tracking number under the account settings or something so that we know it's being sent. I've had bad experiences with shopping online from sources not that popular or not like Amazon. So far, the product is okay. Not sure how to rate it yet because the two products I ordered isn't my color, but I hope that when I mix it...it will be. Otherwise, I ordered it for nothing.
