Easy to get moved in! James was on the site and was very helpful and polite. The facility is very nice and clean. It’s a place I recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to store any of your possessions. Ask for James and he surely will take care of you!

There is never a cart available. I walked the entire facility yesterday and not one cart was to be found. Before I signed a rental agreement I was assured there would be carts available at all times; carts were available initial move in but I have not seen once since. Also, my rent went from 145 to 225 and there isn't one additional benefit or amenity to warrant that type of increase and I've only been there about since April.

Locked me out of the unit without proper notice or cause.
Staff was incredibly rude when I asked for a cart.
Two days later, my code for the gate was turned off.
Shady, rude, awful, ugly and incompetent at a basic job that anyone can do.
