CVS Minute Clinic is horrible. They really don’t accept “walk-ins”, even worse is after making an online appointment and receiving a confirmation number for the next day the physician doesn’t show-up for your scheduled appointment. When you go to another local Minute Clinic the physician gives you this sad story about how busy and overworked they are, so they can’t see you as a walk-in.
The CVS manager advised the Minute Clinic is not really part of CVS, however, the way Minute Clinic operates is a reflection on the CVS store. My family members and I, will be transferring all our prescriptions to a Kroger Pharmacy. We will not shop at CVS for any longer.

Convenient place to go for quick turnaround healthcare services. Had a sinus infection and ear infection and got seen and treated same day.

Provider was unable to comprehend that I was sick and in need of medical attention. Instead, they prescribed medication to mask the symptoms. Out $150 and left searching for competent care.

I feel I did not get the proper treatment. After a week of the cough syrup and inhaler my condition was worse. I had to make an appointment with my doctor to get the proper drugs to cure my condition.

Terrible experience -- they charged my card almost a year later for services they couldn't get straight because they didn't get a picture of the back of my insurance card. So they charged my card a year without contacting me! Upon disputing the charge, I was on the phone for 3+ hours with CVS support. What a joke. No credit for my time and energy for THEIR mistake. Also, the charge still hasnt been refunded after they ran my insurance. I don't have the energy for another 3 hour phone call. My advice -- don't go here.

Went for persistent sore throat, was told it was allergies and sent on my way. It was confirmed via test at an actual urgent care that it was not allergies and something much worse. I’d just avoid this place and go to an actual urgent care.

Checked and left an hour after scheduled appointment. No one even attempted to tell everyone they were running so far behind. At 1230 they still hadn’t called seen the 1120 apptDon’t recommend at this time

Recently moved here and don’t have a primary care doctor. I’ve been fighting soar throat for 4 days. I decided I would go to the clinic inside CVS. Called and scheduled my appointment. I informed them that I would be paying cash. No problem! I get there wait and finally it’s my turn. They do a Strep test it’s negative and can issue no medication without a positive test result. $184 later I’m sent out the door with the same issues I’m having and no answers. To say I was livid is an understatement! I ended up at the ER to get medication and treatment. Save your money and time and DO NOT go here!

if it is possible to give this facility 0 stars i would. very unreliable service, 2 consecutive times we arrived to the clinic and was told care provider had a "family emergency". Receptionist insisted an email and text had been sent notifying us of the cancellation, we did not recieve either. receptionist was not helpful regarding information as to whether a provider would be available to the following day or not.
