Went for persistent sore throat, was told it was allergies and sent on my way. It was confirmed via test at an actual urgent care that it was not allergies and something much worse. I’d just avoid this place and go to an actual urgent care.

Checked and left an hour after scheduled appointment. No one even attempted to tell everyone they were running so far behind. At 1230 they still hadn’t called seen the 1120 apptDon’t recommend at this time

Recently moved here and don’t have a primary care doctor. I’ve been fighting soar throat for 4 days. I decided I would go to the clinic inside CVS. Called and scheduled my appointment. I informed them that I would be paying cash. No problem! I get there wait and finally it’s my turn. They do a Strep test it’s negative and can issue no medication without a positive test result. $184 later I’m sent out the door with the same issues I’m having and no answers. To say I was livid is an understatement! I ended up at the ER to get medication and treatment. Save your money and time and DO NOT go here!

if it is possible to give this facility 0 stars i would. very unreliable service, 2 consecutive times we arrived to the clinic and was told care provider had a "family emergency". Receptionist insisted an email and text had been sent notifying us of the cancellation, we did not recieve either. receptionist was not helpful regarding information as to whether a provider would be available to the following day or not.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR COVID TESTING!! There was two individual there and the lady behind her desk who called us was very kind and respectful. The woman who was helping us take or test and walked us in and out was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL.We met her at the door and I asked if she had a spare mask I could have. She bluntly ignored me and told me to “come on”. Me and my husband both came to the same appointment yesterday at 5pm and the lady behind the desk knew I needed to update my DOB and the other women had no idea. So when Informed her that I needed to update my birthday she just started arguing with me and belittling me.The ENTIRE time she spoke to me and my husband it was with attitude and she argued with EVERYTHING we said. When it was time to leave I needed to shop for ear drops, so when my husband told her I was staying inside she said “No you ain’t!” Like I was a child. I understand NOW that she had to walk us out since we came through the side but there is NEVER reason to speak to another ADULT this way.I’ve never left a bad review but I was livid after this appointment, to be treated so poorly.I hope cvs removes this employee from actually interacting with customers because she has no regard for anyone.

Came here for treatment of swimmers ear and they supposedly take walk in's. Spoke to Kelly and told her why I was there. She was quick to inform me that they were booked up, eventhough NOBODY was waiting or being seen. Whats the point of advertising walk in's, if in fact you won't take a walk in. Don't waste your time.

We made an appointment and went into the doctors room for my daughter who had a fever and cold symptoms for a little over a week. The nurse refused to see my sick 5 year old because the nurse wanted a Covid test as soon as I mentioned she had a slight cough, okay so I said give her a Covid test that’s fine I get it. these days everything and anything could be Covid apparently no one gets sick from anything else anymore. The nurse then told me there is no one there to give her a Covid test and she can’t see her because of the protocols. So I wasted my time and my child’s time and they turned away a sick child!!! They refused to see my sick 5 year old because of protocols. This is the healthcare system for you!! CVS minute clinic is a joke.

My husband and I came in for an m95 testing today. The first thing I noticed was the covid nurse was wearing her in 95 mask incorrectly; with both straps crossed over the very top of her head on top of her ponytail. If the straps are not separated one at the back top of your head and one on your neck the fit is not proper. I did mention that to her and she said that she was fit tested. I'm sure when she was fit tested she had the straps on correctly.

Brand new CVS. The Minute Clinic is set up like a doctor's office, replete with receptionist and separate waiting area. Staff was professional and helpful.

First off this is a WALK IN clinic. I got approached by an Asian woman who seemed to act like a doctor. Needless to say she didn’t have a clue on how to work a register machine to check you in and when I told her it shut down twice she comes up and tells me “I can do it if you just don’t feel like doing it”. Very disrespectful like. This cvs always hires the worst help.
