Erica knocked it out of the park for us this evening. Helped us customize and create a wonderful pie. I've rarely experienced someone go the extra mile like this. You're entire staff treats us very well but tonight was met with extra care. The personal "Have a good night" written on the box was just the ultimate WoW factor for us. Bravo! Start handing out raises to these employees Pizza Hut. Yes!

Is anybody else having trouble with ordering deals in the app or even in their website? I can’t even redeem my points. And this has been going on for a while now. So i know it’s not a website malfunction. I don’t know if it’s only in the Seabrook location, but It’s like they do it on purpose as to not getting anything that is a deal. Then, I switch to ordering from regular menu options and those seems to work just fine. Very suspish.

The worst pizza hut. No sauce on the pizza. Bad customer service. We won't be returning. The man working on Nov 21 at 11:15 needs a job outside of customer service. We also ordered fries and they were soggy from grease so we took them back. He tried to charge us for new fries after he tossed the ones we paid for.

Today 11- 21-2023 we ordered French fries and pizza. When we tasted the fries the were cold and sitting in grease . We did not order lemon pepper but got lemon pepper. When I went to take them back he said we ate half of them and would need to buy the replacement we literally tasted a couple.... thats how we knew they were lemon pepper. The guy at the counter called us a liar. We work next door and order there at least once a week ..but today was the last day we will order .. until there are new employees.. I really wish we could have talked to a manager today

Mallory the manager at this location was very easy to talk with about my order. She was very kind, helped me choose the right pizza for me and the pizza was delivered in the time she said it would be. Very good experience.
