I love this shelter, Giselle was honest, kind, and the animals love her. While we did adopt, we were not a match, but the service here was unmatched!!!

Called 911 who contacted animal control to pick up a dog on the Kemah bridge and they wouldn’t because “they were full” so they left a hurt dog who couldn’t ON the bridge with no way off. They didn’t even try.
