Still don’t understand for oil change he charged me 65$ which is insane. I asked him how much he will charge he should let me know before doing he changed it without asking.

The owner messed up my BMW. My son went back so he can make it right. And he put his hands on my son, my teenager son at that. The owner did. I called him and he was very rude.

I called the owner G and told him that I needed my rack and pinion steering replaced and I already had the new parts and asked how much it would cost to do the labor. He didn’t even know what price to quote me said and he asked me to call a couple other places and see what they would charge me and to call back and let him know what they told me. I did that, and when I called him back he told me a price, we agreed on it and I told him I would drop the car off that day. I called back a few hours later and his son answered and I told him that I was gonna drop it off that night after they closed and leave the keys under the seat and I left my phone number and he said ok.
I dropped the car off that evening like I said then I waited almost 2 days and hadn’t heard anything. I called up there and ask him what was going on? He said that the front tire was flat and that I needed to come up there and fix it that he didn’t wanna pull it into the garage with a flat. (Btw it had a spare tire in the back that was in perfect working order that I guess they weren’t capable off putting on) So I came up there the next morning and put the spare tire on then went in to talk to the owner, G and he then said it was fixed and asked him how long it would take for him to finish with the repairs. He then told me that a bunch of other stuff that had absolutely Nothing to do with the repairs we spoke about then said he didn’t know how long it would take him to fix it. I said WHAT?? Well how long will it take? He was very rude and said I didn’t even ask him before I dropped it off! I said if it was an issue when I told you first then your son I was bringing up here why didn’t you say you couldn’t get to it?? He made no sense and then I said look, how long will it take sir? He then said idk ??♂️ 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks!
Like are you kidding me?!?! Wow how unprofessional and complete nonsense!
He obviously didn’t wanna work on my vehicle and why I couldn’t for the life of me tell you or what I did to him to deserve this horrible treatment. To make matters worse he then said if my car wasn’t gone off his property by the next day he would have it towed!! What complete GARBAGE! He def doesn’t care at all about his business obviously or customers. Wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a merchant and definitely a mechanic who charges $100 an hour!

This place is the meaning of "don't judge a book by its cover". Today I came in because the plastic brackets that held my gas and brake lines broke and there were basically dragging on the concrete. The owner took no time in getting right to it. Saved me from a catastrophy! Thankful for this shop!

This is really a 5 star place. You do not want a shiny car shop with free popcorn and wifi. That is not what your car needs!!
You car needs an honest and super knowledgeable mechanic that will get the job done at the right price. . This is what Jirard is…go there for little or big jobs. He can tackle them all!’

Had a check engine light come on so I got the owner to check it out and tell me what's the reason for it . He said it's just for the emissions and its nothing serious or mechanical so I took him for his word. I come here regularly for oil changes so today I came in to get an inspection and he would not pass it for me even after I drove 40 miles twice after he cleared the check engine light for me. Now after I did all that, he says I need a catalytic converter for my car and that's why the check engine light keeps coming on which was caused by me not getting my emissions sensor replaced. This guy does not care about your car at all. He also told me i needed to change my brake pads and rotors which is not true .He just wants you in and out and will tell you whatever he has to to get more money out of you . Do not bring your car here.
