I just so happened to be on this side of the bridge for a Saturday open house in San Leon and had a couple of shipments while passing through here as part of my errands.
There is something good about experiencing a rural nature of visiting a postal service while traveling. Rather than a bland urban experience.
That unique feeling of down-home charm is here in Seabrook. I missed that sentiment until today!
Thank you, staff, on a Saturday in Seabrook USPS.

Shipped a General Delivery package there for pickup - I'm a full time RVer and have done this many times across the country and never had a problem. Their website says they accept General Delivery packages but when I went to pick it up I was informed extremely rudely by two people that they don't do General Delivery unless I get permission in advance (which it nowhere says on the website) and the package would have been returned to shipper - which it hasn't been. I'm out $236 bucks and my stuff has disappeared.
12/16 - still hasn't been returned to the shipper.

The Seabrook post manager Amy is amazing. I have never had a postal worker that has reached out, and was so compassionate about helping you. She needs to go around and train the rest of them. Thank you for all your help Amy..

I have lived in a couple of places with community mailboxes and have never had a problem getting mail until I moved here. I get mail for people that live on the same road and deliver it my self and sometimes I don’t get my mail at all and it’s usually something very important. Can we not hire a mail person that can do the job the right way? This is ridiculous.

This is the worst post office. If you have your mail held (less than 30 days) online and request to pick it up, they deliver it to you anyway. They obviously do not care about mail theft. I also had a COVID federal check never arrive even when it showed on informed delivery.Never had issues when I lived in Phoenix, AZ. That post office was very well run and professional unlike this place! BEWARE!!

Had an outstanding experience at the Seabrook Post Office. First impression was smiling faces and greetings from the staff. Great customer service and assistance with special mailing related to passports. I chose this location for my mailing based on previous great reviews. Highly recommend this post office and will definitely go back again. Many Thanks !!!

I’m a resident of Mystic Village subdivision in Seabrook, Tx 77586. We just had new replacement mailboxes installed. We were having a lot of issues with our HOA in regards to getting our new mailbox keys issued. We communicated our concerns with supervisor Amy at the Seabrook USPS office. I want to inform you that Amy went above and beyond to insure all of the 180 homes received their keys and mail immediately after installation. Amy communicated the information to us right away and how the new keys and mail would be issued, the hours and location to receive them. Thank you Amy..Richard Green2009 Yorktown CourtSeabrook, Texas 77586

Had to pick up package from the post office despite scheduling a redelivery. Finally got the package and there is a rip in the box like someone was trying to look at the contents. Wouldn't be surprised if things went "missing" or got "misplaced" with such attentive employees around trying to peep in packages/envelopes ??

The actual worst. I recently moved to TX and have had nothing but problems with their USPS. I work from home, and they continually claim to attempt to deliver items, when they clearly DO NOT, with no notice that I need to schedule a redelivery. I'm home. They did NOT attempt delivery. And now they're experiencing "technical difficulties" and I can't contact anyone OR reschedule delivery. They're a literal joke. You get paid to deliver my packages, so kindly...DELIVER MY PACKAGES. I had someone who works there genuinely admit to me that if it's inconvenient for them, they will just leave it at the office until the time frame runs out and the item gets returned. Incredibly unprofessional.
