Worked with Dustin over the last week, he helped me out with filing my insurance claim on my phone as well as creating an action plan for when my payment came in. He was extraordinarily informative, made a point to inform me on alternate options that he thought might work for me without pushing or pressuring. Best Verizon experience I've had and I've been to many across the US. Thanks for all the assistance and the patience Dustin

About two years ago I bought a number from them and made a trade-in. Their manager said I have to pay about $100 extra for this. And there will be no contract. Termination at any time without problems and without penalties. Now I came to close my number and the new manager told me that I have to pay for another whole year!!! That is, the previous manager deceived me. Then the new manager confirmed this, but simply said “Sorry”... And that’s all... The supervisor also said “Sorry” and that’s it... That is, this company does not want to be responsible for its employees. It's a terrible experience. Think twice before doing business with Verizon!!! I won't set foot here again! Traded in a pixel 7 for a pixel 7 pro. Upon inspection of the paperwork the phone traded was listed incorrectly as a pixel 6. Which resulted in the very low trade in amount. Nevertheless the 7 pro was glitchy out of the box and had a vertical and horizontal line through the screen. Also I was only receiving 20% of my calls or texts. (This was a work phone). I was told at this store by an associate that "Verizon didn't manufacture the phone so it's not their problem." I will never set foot in this store again. 1000 dollars for a phone I was only able to use for 14 days is too expensive. Especially if it isn't their problem. ( I knew I could order the same phone online for 700 dollars. I thought the 300 extra was to pay the company and for customer service.)

My phone was stuck and frozen and wouldn’t respond to any of my commands. I went into the store and even though I was moved to T-Mobile. Irving still helped me get my phone back up and running. Excellent service if I say so myself.

Came in for a new phone for just my wife, and looking for a 14 plus. After speaking with Melissa escobar she was so helpful that me and my wife BOTH got new 15 pro max 256 GB for a steal!!
