I've been a member for a little over a year and have no complaints. The office staff and management are very professional and courteous to my needs. I have cancer and a stroke so I move at a different pace as most customers. Ashley waits on me answering every question I have so I can understand what is being done.William Henderson

Canceled my account due to over draft fees that should not have been charged because there was money in the account. Then charged it twice and refused to explain why. When asked, they couldn't even show how the account was overdrawn. This bank is nothing like the old bank. Save the headache and go to another bank.

Since becoming Welby all transactions have been incorrectly displayed on their "new" app. I have been repeatedly charged without reason.
