I enjoy going to this location, since they opened...some employees that they've been working there for years know me by my name and talk to me, that's very nice...every once in awhile I have to wait in the drive through...I guess depends of the hour....

Wells Fargo finds ways to fee and remove money from your account constantly. Most of these fees such as low account activity pop up after you have had the account for over a year. Then they sneakily remove money in $25 increments and pay essentially zero interest. After complaining I was told fees will continue and that closing the account was my best option. DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO CREDIT UNIONS ARE THE WAY TO GO THEY DO NOT FIND WAYS TO FEE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PAY BETTER INTEREST RATES. There are several good credit unions in the area.

Don't go thru the drive thru on Saturday. Been sitting here for 15 minutes and haven't moved. Now I'm stuck because I am stuck between 2 vehicles. Don't recommend!! The only way it could be going this slow is if they were having to open the vault every single time. No excuse for this!

I love this little bank branch. I think that everyone is so friendly and they always help me out when I have a problem (and I have a LOT of problems with all the different issues that I have going on).

This isn’t the closest bank to my house, but it’s definitely the best! I always come to this bank for the great service. I’m not sure what his name is but one of the tellers here is super nice! Great bank and great service!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. The staff is incredibly belittling and rude. In addition, they don't give the denominations I ask for when making a withdrawal (even when they remember to ask). They should have closed this location and moved the 146 location!

It's so disappointing when you walk into a place of business and you know you need to talk to someone other than the teller so you take a seat a wait your turn. Two out of the three representatives were assisting Clients. The third representative "male wearing a red shirt" left his cubicle and did not make eye contact with us. He returned and again we were ignored. He then walked across to his teammate to take a look at what she was doing then walked away and left his cubicle again without acknowledging us.

Well, long story short we needed assistance and there was one representative available but he ignored us up until we abruptly got up and walked out. We have banked with Wells Fargo for a very long time and it's employees like this that ruin the businesses reputation!!!! No courtesy whatsoever. What ashame!!!
