Went to close an account due to my mother passing away and no my one person said hello when we walked in or sorry to hear about your mother from our teller or Christina who was rude to her employee as well as me.

Just there to open an account with them but couldn't cause I didnt have my current address on my ID which i understand. But they made me feel uncomfortable, like I was going to rob them.

Trust me. It's a horrible bank. I've had countless bad experiences with it. The online banking portion is choppy disorganized and not user friendly. I don't have bounce protection and sometimes it still falls through with things that shouldn't go through and haven't went through before . They find every way to charge you and get money. Don't use this bank.

Pretty good bank. When the inside was open it was super fast but for some reason they’ve slowed way down.

This bank is absolute trash. They locked my mobile banking even and kept it locked even after cleaning my devices and proving they were clean and closing and opening a new account. Do not bank with them. They lost a customer who has been with them for over 17 years.

I have been doing business there for over thirty years. I am always pleased with the professionalism from the associates and managers. I am very pleased to see a much better evidence of diversity! I love seeing the friendly smiles and the warm greetings once I enter inside.

Been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. My baby is awake and crying now because the car has been still for so long. I've never had a drive through take so long and there is only 2 other here and I was her before them!

This bank has absolutely excellent customer service in branch, as well as good rates and fees. They are able to handle issues promptly, and with more personal attention than the Big 3 banks. The down sides are: 1. They close early (the inside closes at 3, but the drive- through is open till 6pm) 2. Their online banking site seems outdated and not very user friendly; if you are accustomed to the big 3 banks' online banking, you probably will be frustrated at the lack of features and interface of American National Bank online banking.
