I had a wonderful experience with the Seagoville location the reps made me feel welcomed and important. The two reps did everything in their power to accommodate me and I absolutely would recommend this store to any person who is interested in purchasing either a new phone or looking to change their phone provider to AT&T it was a perfect experience. Angela is the best. She has always been helpful, nice, polite, and extremely professional. She knows what to do to solve our problems. She clearly is on our side whenever there is a problem. She tries her best to fix all issues even if it's above her paid grade vs the unprofessional and rude people from the so called "AT&T loyalty" department who always put blame on something that is unheard of. I would have switched to T-Mobile at least 3 times in the last 3 months if it wasn't for Angela who represents the local AT&T team. Thanks Angella. I greatly appreciate it.

My husband and I went in last night last minute and were assisted by the store manager Angela. She was very helpful. Had a very good time. Laughed. Joked. Customer service was wonderful! Would highly recommend if anyone has ever had an issue with this store the re visit and try again! We both got new iPhones and new watches and monthly payment was very affordable and within our budget! Angela was amazing!! She deserves a raise!! @at&t
