“I had my taxes amended and received a letter from IRS stating they didn’t receive the ppwk needed I reached out to Desiree and she promptly said she was going to resend what they needed. It’s been over a couple of months without a response to confirm that has been done. She did confirm that she received the form again, and I have used her for years idk what’s going on besides her being closed for the season. I wish she would keep up with responding with her clients.”
