this was the BEST customer service I ever had in my life so far!! they worked the million extra miles to help me solve my problem with unlocking my phone. Anthony helped me for over two hours with my Google account as well. The manager Anita was there and supported me and Anthony throughout the process with customer service. If I can give advice to Cricket keep them at this location and improve the unlocking device process. I love my Cricket service, but I'm leaving Cricket to combine a bill. Thank you Cricket in Seagoville for the best service ever!

Terrible service, I don't know if they are going to be with that character serving because they work there, they should fire them and look for people who really want to work, if they can, don't go to that cricket that is terrible service and they don't even help you by speaking Spanish, they talk to you in English and one speaking to them in Spanish? truly the worst experience in cricket

Very bad customer service, the girls who are on the afternoon shift are very rude, they don't feel like selling, I went for an iPhone and I left with nothing and with a very bad impression of this store, I will take my money somewhere else.

The girl working behind the counter does not understand that I came there for help. Keeps telling me to do this and do that. But if I knew how to do these things, I wouldn't have came to the store for help. Then she raised her voice. Why does she think it's ok to yell at her customers. I think I will be disconnecting my 5 lines I have with cricket and move to a different service. Thanks cricket.
