There a young lady working there by name of Nasa she is a Pedi Tech give the best pedicure I ever had. And I have been to alot of nail salon and this young lady is good at what she do and very kind. I was driving a long way to come here for my pedicure and manicure and still do.

pedicure are always on point…nessa is awesome with the ingrown toe nails…i ddnt like my nails and only got overlay and my daughters acrylic nails came off in a week

I showed up today at 5:56. The business does not close till 7 PM and they refuse to do service because they said they need to go home on time and it clearly says on Google that they close at 7 PM so unprofessional.

All I wanted was a wax she told me to wait and sat down waited 20 mins… other customer walked in and asked for services waited about 5 min they got called so I continued to wait another 5 mins I ask how long more it’s been a good 35 mins she said 15 more minutes I think for a eyebrow wax I shouldn’t wait close to an hour unfortunately I don’t have that time to wait for a 5 minute service won’t be returning nor recommending this place

I deeply regret to share my recent experience at this establishment, which I found disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that a full set of nails starts at $35. However, this service only included the application of tips and acrylic, without filing, polish, or color services I understand to be standard in a full set. When I raised this concern and referenced standard definitions, the manager insisted that adding color or filing would incur an additional $15 charge. While I am willing to pay extra for additional services, I found this pricing structure unusual and felt it did not align with typical industry practices. I regret to report that the service I received was unsatisfactory. The staff appeared unprofessional and lacked the necessary expertise, leading to a subpar experience. Additionally, the pricing structure seemed designed to overcharge customers for basic services, which I found to be exploitative. The employees’ demeanor was discourteous, further detracting from the overall experience. Feeling that the pricing structure was designed to overcharge customers, I chose to seek services elsewhere. I encourage others to be aware of such practices and to feel empowered to decline services that do not meet their expectations or seem exploitative.
Consequently, I chose not to proceed and instead visited Nail Pro in Seagoville, where I received excellent service from their courteous staff. I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and consistently welcoming. They did an outstanding job on my nails, and their positive demeanor made the experience truly enjoyable. For those seeking nail services in the area, I highly recommend Nail Pro, conveniently located just three minutes away from this location.

I had a wonderful experience my nail tech was Nasa she was so nice and very good at her job. She made me took very good care of my feet. I got the deluxe package with the hot rocks and foot scrub. I recommend anyone to come get the royal treatment.

If youre expecting John's quality, think again. Under new management, which means, although the new lady seems like a sweet person, she is not skilled at this. Crooked filing of nails, bad nail painting, some of the acrylic application was nice though. One hand nail length is way different than the other hand. Two of my nails already look like they need filling and I just did them today. This was expensive for what I got. If you dont pay too much attention, they look fine, i guess, but not coming back, might as well go to the Luxe Nail Spa in terrell and have my money's worth.

I don't usually leave reviews but i had to. This nail salon has the worst customer service in the market. I walked in wanting a manicure and pedicure. I asked to use the restroom and was told that it was out of service. I told the employee i would use the restroom and come back. Less than 2 minutes later i came back and was told they couldn't take my services. No explanation! This was at 5:40pm and they close at 7pm. After seeing the rest of the reviews it's best to disregard going to this location.

So I got a full set of nails, gel polish and well they were cute, this lavender color with a heart on each ring finger. This was my first time coming here, the staff was very lovely and I was happy with them till they started to fall off two days later. I'm not sure if it was what I was doing that made them fall off but I wasn't even doing anything harsh on them, nothing my usual acrylic nails I've gotten before can't handle. I'm unhappy as they were quite expensive for such a simple design and them falling off so soon, $60 was much. Right now, 2 days later I'm left with a full hand and a thumb on the other
