SnL are pretty good mechanics, but it takes a while to get your car back. I'm accustomed to a 1-2 day turnaround. Whereas they kept our vehicle for a week.

Dallas Dodge had my car for almost 2 weeks and could not address what was going on with my 2006 Chrysler 300. SNL was able to tell me in 3 days what was wrong with the car and it wasn’t what Dallas Dodge said and tried to charge almost $9k. If you want someone to tell you honestly and fairly what’s wrong with your vehicle… call Nick or Steve at SNL. The ladies at the front desk are pleasurable and professional. I love the customer service at their shop.

These are by far the best mechanics I've ever seen. They did a wonderful job on my wife's car, then when my truck broke down the next day they got it in and out the same day. Today I had a wiper arm that broke off, likely because of all the sap that happened after the drought. They snapped it back in and checked to see if it was a recurring problem and charged me nothing. These are awesome people!

Other than having the Cadillac for a while now they do call and keep u informed but like I said they've had the car about 4 weeks having problems getting parts
