Thanks to Yoselin her service was more than amazing ran into a problem and she was able to fix it and still offer great customer service!!!

Angry. I ordered 2 perms and lace spray. All I needed was 1 perm but I needed the 2hr dlv. I get my order with just spray. They only had 1 perm so they canceled it. Didnt inform me until I called complaining why no one let me know. I received email saying orderd has been filled!!! 8:52 I have time stamps. Called when it came with out all 3 at 10:02. I received email at 10:15 saying 2 items were canceled. Now mind you it was after I spoke to her but she claimed they sent it before sending by door dash. He was here at 10:02. Now she said she only had 1 but she didn't send 1 perm. Why wouldn't u send it. I'd be good. So I lose 5.99 for 2 hr delivery of what I didn't need and she didn't care I called customer service he didn't care. He would request my 5.99 back but wasn't to sure they'd send it but he says she should have sent the 1 perm. Makes no sense.

I’m unsure if the cashiers are underpaid or what but they are the rudest I’ve ever experienced at a Sally’s. On top of I think the prices are inflated compared to any other beauty supply store. You really should consider refreshing the employees customer service. It is so off putting, I will not be returning. If I could zero stars I would.

Employees need a refresh in professionalism. Not sure if the woman was on the phone or if she was giggling at my request for a return, but it’s off putting to customers. Opening a product I’m returning and asking “why does it look like that” and giggling with your coworker is inappropriate. Have fun with your coworkers out of the public eye.

The place was ok, but it is kind of hard to see a good store when the girl, Jocelyn, upfront is extremely rude to customers. The customer upfront was upset and Jocelyn wasn't very helpful at all. Customer asked for a corporate number and for the name of the store manager and she refused to give it to a customer. She was absolutely horrible.
