Before CubeSmart Storage of Seagoville bought this facility formerly known as FreeUp Storage, I had a bad experience due to poor management failing to comply as of communicating by call, email an/or text notifying me regarding my personal belongings such as my expensive clothing, shoes, instruments, studio equipment and sentimental items from the passing of my Dad were stolen.
Truly, it very disappointing when a loyal tenant of 8 years at the same unit have to find his storage door lock with two of his personal heavy duty secured locks been powered sawed off and changed without an advance notice from the company.
In the process of this investigation, no report was filed by the FreeUp management according to the Seagoville Police Department.
Afterwards, the management failed on two other occasions such as failed to meet with me at the facility when they were suppose to be open for business, failed too show up and return calls.
Investigation is still an affect....!!!!!
