My items were stolen. I believe it happened when Freeup storage took over from the previous owners. They removed everyone’s locks and replaced them. I’m sure whoever replaced those locks saw the items I had and stole them because I had a John Deere zero turn right in the front. So as soon as they seen that they took everything. I wouldn’t recommend this place

We have not had good experience here. It started off great but they changed it all. There is no security to drive around and we have had theft and break in. New owners even cut our brand new locks off and replace the garage door which I noticed has been attempted break at last time we were there you could see scratches all by their new lock. Owners even changed our locks and never notified us. We'd move it but expecting our home shortly and now we don't see the point. Everything was stacked nice and neat to the ceiling and now it's all falling down everywhere I don't know what they stole, But I do see they stole a fountain with the little boy and a puppy. I've carried this fountain for years from home to home and can't find another one. Now fountains are $300. I think I would check for a different storage place

I needed a storage unit right away and the staff at Free up was very friendly and professional and made me feel at home. I am a Veteran and was given a discount for my service and a special thanks to Taylor for helping me through the process.

They won't work with you, tell you that you have to pay full amount whether you stay the whole month or not.went up to ****** from ****** and always paid more no matter the day of the month it is.sent me a letter stating increase and yet it was always more. Moved out 11/07/22 but had to pay ****** for complete month. Just want pro-rated amount back but they refused. Nobody on property to talk to, have to call and hold 5 to 10 minutes for someone to answer, then have to wait for call back. Not very good business ethics. Been in that unit for 4 years and that's how I got treated. Was in unit ***

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. My property was stolen literally as soon as it was placed in storage and drove off! They told me to get a good lock but that’s not the problem, it’s the storage unit door itself. I called to report it to them and their answering service took the information so one for the actual storage place has called me back.

This place was hard to get anyone on the phone and almost never anyone in the office! Our unit was broken into and they were not very helpful at all!

Very friendly and prompt service. The secondary company that made our reservation didn't even bother to pass it on to the storage facility. She had no idea we were coming when we showed up with a trailer full of stuff. Jumped right on the situation and had our storage unit ready to move in in just a few minutes.

I have only one problem with freeup it's very hard to pay your bill everybody don't get paid on the 1st when I try to pay my storage on the 2nd or the 3rd no one is there to pay it you can't drop a money order anymore I understand that so why someone is not there to take your credit card or have a number where you can pay your bill I've called many times to pay my bill and couldn't no one answers the phone or the number they for you to call please do something about that it's very frustrating thank you
