I found an item I wanted to purchase but it did not have a price displayed. I went around and could not find a price checker so I as for help. They used their phone with the Walmart app and told me it was $45. At check out it rang up $55. Wrong price Price not clearly marked Bad service Customer inconvenience Waste customer time and money

My sister pre-ordered cupcakes for her husband's birthday. We walk up, give the name and all 3 of the ladies look at my sister and I like we are stupid. Immediately stating that they've been calling but then yell because they say she gave them the wrong phone number? They Continue to argue with my sister as they have the receipt of her order but saying they know nothing about it.Disappointed, sad and downright upset. Work on some accountability next time

This place has to be the worst run Walmart in my area. The manager is immature and child like. The employees he has is no better than he is. He is a twerp at best. The tire service was horrible. Said they had our tires in stock and then didn't when we got there. Then refused to put on the tire we wanted. We are literally asking them for the same tire size that is coming off the truck! What the holy eff? So tired of Walmarts. I will NOT be back. I have Target, Amazon and Kohl's and they have won a customer for life. (Be less obvious about the real reason you didn't wait on us next time.) Thank you Seagoville Walmart. I have disliked Walmart for a while and now, but l've been tipped over the edge of downright hate. You're the best solicitation to shop other businesses. I am so frustrated with this Walmart, they are forever out of things for months at a time. Also they stack the heaviest things on the top shelves, I cannot tell you how many times I have almost gotten knocked out by trying to get what I need. But today I was literally almost ran over 3 times by the employees doing the online orders, they don't even say excuse me or say Im sorry, I used to not mind shopping here but now they act like they no longer want customers in their stores. I know one thing , if they ever hit me or run me down, or God forbid I get hit by something heavy on the top shelf, I will be filing a lawsuit.

Ordered my husband's birthday cakes from here and they were perfect!! Everyone was surprised that they actually came from Walmart. They not only looked good they also were both delicious.Update- also ordered my daughter's birthday cake and once again Walmart Bakery came through with an amazing cake!!

I ordered online a set of tires for my car , the app said they had them in stock , I payed for them but a few hours later I got a Email saying my order had to be canceled since they were not in-stock....

Worst customer service during this pandemic ever. Went to have fabric cut and a manager told us that walmart stores were not cutting anymore fabric, due to the virus. Went to Forney, Rockwall and Kaufman, all were cutting fabric. They changed my new oil filter when they were told not too and then they charged me for it. I don't know who is in charge of this walmart, but they need to be fired.

If it's after 10 and you want anything you might as well go to Mesquite Walmart or find a Walgreens or CVS nearby. Everything is closed. I understand closing electronics and General Merchandise doors after 10, all Walmart's do that. Not here. Here it's Electronics, Cosmetics (not just cosmetics, but any kind of soap, suntan lotion and anything else in the vicinity) and the self checkout. Seriously!?! What Walmart closes all the self checkouts at night? And to boot, they only had two registers open. Could be a lot more customer friendly. Unfortunately, they are Walmart and they know that people will show up no matter what they do or how they treat their customers. This is not a reflection on the everyday employees. They are always kind, courteous and smiling. This is a reflection on management or the lack there of.

This is MY pharmacy. I usually come here but today I decided to send my husband to pick up our medications. Bad Idea. Even though he was able to get a Spanish speaking person..they didn't do the right thing. I told them we had BC/BS insurance all uf us except one..total of 4 patients. the 4th had a good RX card. The cards were shown from his telephone to the cashier and she still charge d him full price for my sons rx..then I complained over the phone and she refunded the amount and then charged the correct price for that one and the next. For the one that did not have insurance..the one that had the good rx card..she charged full price too..And of course..my husband paid it...I called to ask for them to correct this matter and they would not. I yet have to go get my medicines there tomorrow (4th) patient. Iwas told on the phone tonight that they could not refund the money into my cc that was used and that I could go and talk to manager. she said because the Good RX Card was not provided...Well..I was talking to the pharmacy cashier ..she was on my husbands cellphone talking to me and she had the cards right there on the telephone...that is so wrong..Correct your mistakes cause I will absolutely go somewhere else for business!!!

Worst place to go for an oil change. Waited in line 3 separate times. The first two times no one ever came to check my car in, even after 20 minutes. It seems like they could care less but it is probably the store managers ability to keep enough worker present to get the jobs done. When we have had it changed there, they failed to fill all fluids and vacuum the floor. Don't waste your precious time giving business to places it is not wanted.

Cheap produce with a decent selection. They have a bakery. Their pharmacy is iffy. For some reason it can take them a while to fill your prescription. No bueno. However, you'll still find good deals here.

I cry inside every time I have to go into this store (I live nearby and the choices are extremely limited). Customer service is non-existent. If you ask an employee a question they glare at you, if they even look at you at all. The employees will get in your way, almost run you over, and never even say "excuse me". My husband cut his finger recently on one of their freezer shelves and when he finally found an employee who would acknowledge him they handed him a tissue and went on with their "work". The check out lines are always, always understaffed. Somehow, some way, the employees always find a way to punish you for shopping in this store.

I stop here on occasion on my way home during my 100 mile daily commute. It's always easy to find a parking spot, no matter how busy the place is. The store is clean and the people working there are friendly. This is one of the few places you can get Dr. Pepper in the glass bottles with real Imperial sugar - sometimes I'll stop just for that!

Is it too much to ask for the shelves to be stocked when you run out of an item instead of waiting for the end of the month !!!
