For a “convenience store”, it’s not at all convenient. The gas pump screens outside didn’t work, went in to pay for gas and no one was behind the counter. Went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper in the first stall. Soda machines had signs that said out of order on all of them. Store was very dirty. Couldn’t wash the windshield because there were no paper towels or water. So, went to allsup’s. I’m not sure what point Stripes has for opening their doors…

I told the cashier I needed to get air in my tire and she refused to let me change out my $2 for quarters, so I had to go down the road to Allsup’s to get quarters to get air in my tire. Terrible gas station and terrible employees.

I guess they just hire anyone, I looked at the lady's name tag it said jessica assistant manager. Very rude and ignorant for no reason. Your better off going to allsups

Extremely friendly. Store was clean and well-stocked. The cashier was cheerful and engaging, and understands that his customers pay his check. Will stop here again on our next trip to Lubbock.

Restrooms are gross the whole story needs to be Remodel restored rebuild. There's no soap in the restrooms for employees to wash their hands.

The employees at the food deli make you feel like you're bothering them. Bad service, old food, and they regularly get your order wrong, even when you order simple food. I don't think there management cares. Looks like they are just happy someone shows up.to work.

Waited patiently to be served at the deli by Samantha... She didn't take my order until she was done giggling while on a personal phone call on her cell phone next to the prepared food.
